something so graceful
yet new,
where were you hiding?
Why could we not find you?
How could we have missed
so much beauty?
With large sparkling wings,
and big brown eyes of joy,
it should have been our duty.
Now we have found you,
you stranger of beauty,
please let us into your life.
For we have not seen
something the size of a bean
yet as beautiful as you and me.

Crystal clear dew drops,
Like the nectar of a flower,
Brushes down upon a silver leaf,
Upon the skies,
Is a soft pink glow,
Seamed with gold,
And strung by rainbows,
Purple clouds danced above,
As a small Aishia,
with tears on her smooth cheek,
Looked up,
At the sky of hope,
Brushed a tear away,
And smiled.

I walk a away
With a Shoyru in my arms.
It is hurt and weary from battle,
But he looks at the moon,
And smiles at me,
With the lunar light
Reflecting of his eyes.
A faerie flies by
But we don't notice it.
We are too busy
Looking at each other.
Staring.
Saying nothing but still talking.
And then I see those arms of his,
Bruised and beaten.
And as I look at them
A single tear goes down my face
And I say to myself
"Did he do this for me?"
I could tell my Shoyru, Yavn,
Knew what I was thinking
And he looked at me, as to say:
"Don't worry, it's not your fault."
So we walked and walked
Until we reached home.
And as I put him in his bed,
I looked up at the moon.
The light would be
The same tomorrow night.
So I rested his weary head,
Feeling lucky to have
a friend like him,
And wiped away my tears
as I closed the door,
That night
On Lunar Eve.
