Parsnip Pie Fight

At the Golden Dubloon a pet did boast,
"I'll bet that I can eat the most!"
Hearing this, the others did snicker
For they knew that another would bicker

"I," said another, "am from up the coast
I can eat enough to make you roast!"
The waiter heard and suggested a pie-eating fight
The others agreed and said he was right

The waiter said, "Eat my pie before time is up
Just a parsnip pie and of water, a cup."
The two asked him what is the wager?
Just 200 neopoints, nothing major

Each pet was so sure that they would win
Though it was 10 minutes before tide came in
They each started scooping down the dish
Winning became their only wish

Hurrying so the other couldn't catch 'em
Thinking of easy money that it would fetch 'em
Then they began thinking, This pie is too hot!
And started to worry they
Wouldn't get what they sought

Though bravely did the two pets try
Neither could finish that parsnip pie
One was tall and skinny, the other fat and wide
But neither of them could
Finish the pie before the tide

The waiter smiled as he took off his sash
I asked him how he kept his cash
He whispered, "I'll let you in on my joke
I added enough hot sauce
To make their ears smoke!"

The Quiggles Are Plotting!

The Quiggles are plotting!
They're plotting our doom!
I overheard them talking
In the other room.
Their plan involves a Negg
(The evil kind, most likely).
It also requires an Ixi's leg
(That sure would be unsightly!).
Then they'll steal some Uni's corn
And bake all three until they're done.

Then they feed the concoction
To a Quiggle named Bjorn
And out the door he'll run.
He'll run towards a secret compound
Where other Quiggles would be waiting.
He'll search and search
Until the meeting place is found.
For Bjorn, the key Quiggles
Would be anticipating.

In the final step to conquer Neopia,
They'll send Bjorn far away
To a city named Quiggletopia
Where the missle, HILO, stays.
At about 15,000 feet, HILO hovers
Perilously, and this is where
The Defenders' strength is put to the test.
Then... THE CONFEDERATION
OF QUIGGLE LOVERS!
Oops, I forgot the rest.

Silver Meg

With a patched eye and wooden leg
She made all Neopets shake in fear
And she was known as Silver Meg

She travelled 'round the stormy seas
Looting and stealing as she went
To her, the wind was but a breeze
She would not sleep 'til all was spent

Then one day her ship sailed in
To the cheery town of Meridell
The laughter she heard was a din
To her this heaven was like hell

She looked around in desparation
Searching for a hint of crime
But all she found was sweet temptation
To join in the mirth and rhyme

And so she ditched her patch and crew
Forgot her happiness phobia
Now she lives by law, it's true
No longer roams Neopia

She can be seen in Meridell
Or 'round about the neighbourhood
Laughing, singing, "All is well!
For life in Meridell is good!"

Twisted Roses

In the fair land of Neopia,
where do roses grow?
For me, there are only three roses,
and they've got a rockin' show!

The Ixi drops a real mean beat,
jamming on her guitar,
the Shoyru wails into the mic,
she's heard near or far!

The Zafara tickles the ivories,
or smashes them with her fists,
taking the usual melodies,
and giving them a head-banging twist!

You feel the vibe just walking in,
the big crowd gives a scream,
and from the first trembling note,
you feel you're in a dream.
Until the ladies scream...

Then you're jumping up and down,
the room seems too hot,
the Roses ask you to sing along,
and you give it everything you've got!

When you leave the rocking scene,
and hit the cool night air,
you're belting tunes out with your friends,
loud, and without a care.

As you close your eyes for sleep that night,
you remember what you'd done,
you smile and plan to do it again,
for Twisted is second to none!

Find a Faerie Grundo please,
Doctor Sloth can be a tease.
Beat the Faerie from outer space,
Put the Meerca Brothers in place.
Beat Capara in round one,
Usuki ads are so much fun.

Buy an item from the Tower,
Taunt the devil, show your power.
Match the master in neopoints,
Find four pirates in their joint.
Buy some chocolate from the shop,
Grundo Snowthrow score in the top.
Give your pet an Angelpuss,
Don't let the dung turn to mush.
All the codestones, Dr. Death,
Give a Grarrl weapon to your pet.

Darigan or Meridell,
How'd you get that? I won't tell.
Werelupes and Fuzzles blue,
Evil Poogles, Count Von Roo.
All the stamps and chokato,
That's not all, there's so many more.
Out of time to name the rest,
Just try real hard and try your best.
