A Delightful Aisha Day

It’s a new year, 
A new spring,
What new beginnings,
Will this year bring?

The little aisha,
Springs to her feet,
Time to get ready,
For the parade down the street!

It’s Aisha Day,
So poised and grand,
The streets shimmer in gold,
Symphonies by a marching band!

In her velvet gown,
The little aisha beamed,
What an honour to be in the parade!
It was all that she had dreamed.

An after party was in order,
Filled with aisha bites,
It was a wonder - no less,
Aishas are a delight!

The Aisha Betrayer

When Faerieland fell
Into Terask's claws,
This Aisha cast his lot
And joined the king's cause.

Turning his back on good,
Turning his back on Fyora,
He bared his sharp fangs
Emitted a defiant roar.

The Aisha Betrayer,
Purple, angry, and strong,
Prowling Faerie Palace
With his evil throng.

He gave in to his desires,
Descended into madness.
Now he's a berserk soldier
Versus Fyora's resistance.

He throws himself into the fray,
With his fury and claws bared,
Attacking all who would draw near
His master Terask's lair.

The Aisha Betrayer,
Betrayer of Faerieland.
Many brave Faerielanders
Fell by his hand.

The Aisha Betrayer,
Terask's loyal scourge,
Takes on all his foes
Both small and large.

But who can truly say
That the Aisha Betrayer
Won't himself be betrayed
By his terrible master?

Uncle Tharg the Aisha

At first sight, Uncle Tharg looks pretty scary
He’s a blue Aisha that’s really quite harry
A Tyrannia resident, he lives in a cave
He wields a big club to help him feel brave

He can be grumpy because of his age
But you’ll never see him go in a full rage
Some things simply just annoy him you see
But deep down he’s as sweet as can be

Feeding the hungry and giving to the needy
This old Aisha is the furthest thing from greedy
He watches over others keeping them protected
Amongst his village, he is very well respected

So if you see Uncle Tharg stop and say hey
I promise it’ll make the old Aisha's day
He’s a friendly pet that just wants a friend
You’ll see it was well worth it in the end

Jerdana's Tapestry

Sewn in muslin, tattered and patched, cross-stitched
tales of old encapsulate
and come to life,
only when she spins.

See, there: Siyana
her wings a crystalline blur, dizzying
as she hurries to bring her star back
from its slumber.

With a slow, measured wave of her hands
saffron, rouge, violet envelop the horizon
swallowing it and the dark-clad thieves with it.

And: a phantom mass all fur, tooth, claw, spit
snarling at a white Lupe.
A faerie with onyx eyes, amethyst hair,
a sharp-toothed smile
divides the two.

A scarlet orb,
glassy and cloaked in gold
presented to The Betrayer,
who tossed it to the sea

Only to receive it again,
a gift
from a brave young Acara.

Now: when Jerdana stops spinning –
a solemn statue,
omnipresent and grave
watching.

Before the peace that stirs of late
Lie years of discontent within
Each scale the hue of clouds at dusk
Sequestered by Maraqua's bounds.
Sleep doth present its visions dark,
Each fall, each chase, each enemy
Doth turn completely real for her. 

Or rather, they exist at first, 
Residing in the Aisha's head. 

Caylis, with her powers great,
Understood by no one else, 
Returneth not to her cruel home. 
Such scarring is but permanent, 
E'en aft the aid she did provide. 
Destiny may trail her still

The Rainbow Aisha (After the Rain)

'Twas a dark, dreary night,
not a star was in sight,
even the moon was hiding away.

The raindrops were falling,
the Slorgs were all crawling,
and the clouds were oh-so-grey.

With the thunder a'booming,
the lightning a'flashing,
the storm refused to relent–

In Neopia Central,
the gale was not gentle-
even the Money Tree's branches were bent.

"When, oh when,"
did the Neopets all cry,
"will this horrible tempest end?"

"When, oh when,"
did the Neopets all whine,
"can we see the sun again?"

But one voice from the crowd
stood out from the rest,
a Rainbow Aisha who'd dressed her best.

While the chatter was loud,
she was up to the test;
the audience, she boldly addressed:

"There's no reason to cry,
no reason to whine,
no reason at all to be sad.

There's no reason for fear,
or panicking tears,
in fact, you all should be glad."

The crowd was astonished,
and began to admonish
the Aisha's daring claims.

"You must be confused!"
they all harshly accused,
"Why on earth would we feel that way?"

But the Aisha just laughed,
and looked towards the sky,
with a smile both knowing and sly.

"Are all of you daft?
I do wonder why
you all think the world's gone awry."

Again the crowd huffed,
and snidely rebuffed,
"Just look at the thunder fly!"

The Aisha just smiled.
With a colourful glove,
she pointed to skies above.

"You mean to tell me,
that none of you know?

After the rain,
always comes a rainbow."

So, I'm going to the bus
To your special party
I'm bringing chips and dip 
And something to sip

Or some juice

The Malicious Mutant Aishas: Stay Away!

Those Mutant Aishas are so fierce!
Through happiness they'll surely pierce.
I've never heard of beasts more mean---
They're worse than all the rest I've seen!

The single eye, cyclopean,
Alone, is sure to make me run, 
Yet other features chill my spine!
The horrid brutes are never fine.

The fangs are sharp--one wicked bite
Will come from jaws, straight out of spite.
The snapping mouths in place of ears
Are sure to garner lots of fear.

So, if you see these creatures, flee!
They're sure to frighten you and me,
So dash like mad to keep away
From scariness and pure dismay.

So strong, and does no wrongs. 
A beloved pet, that many have met. 
Aisha, an alien cat 
How could you not love that?

So we cheer, and say hooray!!
Enjoy the freshly baked cake
Or maybe some refreshing juice
Just have fun,
And maybe sit out in the sun?

Shocked everyone on Aisha Day
When Trumpets a blaring, a jaw dropper
With head held high, much will be to say

In her Aisha Warrior Dress
She showed her moves executed with grace
The crowd was cheering, they were impressed!
They will never forget this Aishas face

Across the stage too and fro
All eyes on Thalia, crowd on their feet
This is such a SUPER show!
It is just SUPER neat!

When she was done, she took a bow
Loud cheers for the Warrior! 
The younger Aishas crowded her and said, show me how!
May she live in our hearts forever!
