Celebrating The Tonu

This poem is all about the Tonu,
Who came from a egg, that no one really knew, 
Look at his face, so charming, so cute,
He really is as soft as a Tchea Fruit.

They say they cause havoc, running around,
but owners love them, they're never in the pound,
Yes the Tonu may be cheeky, even a little wild,
but, don't underestimate the Tonu child.

Never judge a book by its cover, is what our parents would say,
so do the right thing, and get a Tonu today,
they will love you forever, if you treat them right,
because with you their future is bright.

So on the 21st of feb, is Tonu day
do something special for them and lets celebrate in some way.

It’s Tonu Day Today!

Tonu Sorbet: A Sonnet

Tonus are boisterous and full of fun,
And when they are ready to beat the heat
They head somewhere shady out of the sun
And grab themselves a frosty, tasty treat,
Like a delectable Tonu Sorbet.
With its billowy clouds of sweet whipped cream,
Eating this treat's the best part of the day.
Of all chilly snacks this one is supreme.
The crunchy wafer nose is so divine,
And the satiny sorbet is the best.
When the ice cream parlor has a long line,
This yummy sorbet is the top request.
It's Tonu Day, so let us celebrate
With a scrumptious sorbet that's worth the wait!

Tonu Day at the Magma Pool

He guards his post all day and night--
never leaves his station.
He won’t even take part in the
Tonu Day celebration.

Who will protect the Magma Pool?
Not the Mayor, surely!
Though perhaps Moltara trusts their Guard
A bit prematurely?

Compared to jobs he’s had before
The urgency’s not large.
To tell the truth, he’d rather be
Leading a Tonu Charge.

Still, at his post, he gazes on,
Staring through weary eyes,
Until-- for just a moment now--
Sleep takes him by surprise.

He shortly shakes himself awake
And, much to his chagrin,
Moltara must say hello to
A brand new citizen!

Tony is a Star

Poor Tony hated going out in public,
Because everyone expects him to run through bricks.
You see, when others take one look at him,
They always yell, "charge!" on a whim.

Just because there's a horn on his face,
Doesn't mean violence is his place.
Tonus always have such a bad rep,
Even though in their steps, there's always a pep.

Maybe some day Tony will change his luck,
And everyone will see he's as nice as a duck.
Then he'll get invited to all the bashes,
Instead of being tossed aside like the trashes.

Poor Tony decided to take a chance,
And go to the meadow for a prance.
Everyone nearby was in awe,
For they finally realized Tonus are the stars!

The Tonu's Mane: Terrific and Tame

Forget the shag of Gnorbu's mane—
The Tonu's hair will please.
Its luscious locks are never plain;
The brilliant gleam won't cease.
Oh, ditch the Gnorbu's tangled mop—
The Tonu's hair shall shine.
O'er every land, all jaws will drop
At manes sweet and sublime.

The comb, undaunted, glides right through,
No challenge posed at all.
The Tonu's locks are soft and smooth—
They're certain to enthrall.
With just a wash and nothing else,
The Tonu's hair shall best
All other manes that aren't as swell,
Unlikely to impress!

If lovely locks sans parallel
Are what you've always sought,
The Tonu's hair will treat you well—
Such splendor can't be bought.
So, if eternal happiness
Is bound to comfort you,
The Tonu's mane should not be missed—
It lifts all moods so blue.

Tonu Celebration

Tonus are cuddly pets
Their soft ruff is their best assets
The nosehorn makes them look a bit scary
But they are actually quite wary
And they take good care of their petpets

Tonus likes to build a nest
Where they lay their eggs and get some rest
No wonder, they surely deserve it
They are so smart and have wit
It's tiresome being the best

The Tonus would like to be your best friend
To help you out and give you a hand
All you have to do is ask
And they will always be up for the task
They'll be there 'till the end

Tony The Tonu

Tony the Tonu was the only one,
unpainted out of everyone he knew.
They were all faerie, stealth, snow and maraquan,
and he was just blue.

Tony wanted to be painted,
more than anything at all.
He dreamed of being pastel,
he would look like such a doll!

Tony saved up,
his Neopoints all year.
Waiting for this special day,
to finally appear.

Now that it was finally Tonu Day,
Tony's dream was about to come true.
He would finally paint himself pastel,
instead of his regular shade of blue!
