If he isn't in his space station cafe,
It would be safe to say
Gargarox is playing Gormball today.

He looks the fiercest of competitors.
Just looking at him gives the others shivers.
But inside, he has the heart of silver.

He may seem the largest and possibly strongest.
But inside his mind is his menu guest list
And if his cake should have some lemon zest.

While he is pondering his next gourmet hit
He is leaving himself open, the Gormball not it.
With the flick of Kevin's wrist and a little wit,

SPLAT! was the sound off of Gargarox's face.
And to the giant Grundo's distaste,
Gargarox only made it to sixth place.

Luckily for him he has his food to think about.
That's enough to keep him calm and not shout.
He simply walks away, with not even a little pout.

Soaked By Gormball

I love this item very much.
It's quite creative stuff.
It drenches all our pets in rain,
A downpour, true enough.

I'm fond of rainstorms in real life.
I treasure every cloud.
I love a drizzle, cold and brisk,
With thunder strong and loud.

Annual Gormball Championships

The Annual Gormball Championships, 
take place every year on this day.
Neopians travel far and wide,
just for a chance to play.

The day is full of,
Gormball game after game.
It is an intense competition,
for all of those who came.

Only one participant,
will be the lucky one who wins.
Everyone waits patiently,
for the moment the championship game begins.

Will Ember be crowned the winner,
and stay the reigning champ?
Hopefully Brian doesn't cheat again,
and give the ball a revamp.

Whatever this years results are,
I cant not wait to see.
I cannot help but wonder,
who the winner will be.

Gormball: Decisions and Dismay

Precarious to hold,
dangerous to keep,
a popular game
over Neopia it sweeps.

The players watch
as the ball comes close,
a danger approaching,
keeping them on their toes.

One by one,
the players they hold,
with the unlucky ones
in their hands it explodes.

Closer and closer,
fear up my spine,
and a few seconds later,
the gormball is mine.

When it's in your hand
you're put on the spot,
decisions must be quick,
there's no time for thought.

"Three seconds I'll hold
and then I will pass"
I think to myself.
But alas...

The gormball explodes
right in my face.
There is no prize
for being second place...

The Reigning Champion

Her head and heart are in the sport
All of her focus goes into her games.
Ember the Fire Faerie is a sharp contender,
She sends her competitors up in flames.

Last year’s championship almost didn't go her way,
Perfect weather turned into a downpour.
For a moment she lost her fire and zest, 
But her love for the game was at her core.

As a young girl, the other faeries laughed.
Her dreams weren’t up in the clouds but down on the ground.
Ember could only see herself in the sport 
Throwing the bright blue Gormball around.

Last championship almost got the best of her, 
But she told herself Year 15 was her year
She shook off the rain and focused on the game,
Kicking her performance into high gear.

She pulled off the win and won the title,
Proving her critics wrong.
Most faeries her may prefer healing and spells,
But for those things, Ember is too headstrong.

This year she’s back at it again
With fire in her game and (literally) at the tip of her fingers,
Ember the Fire Faerie is the one to watch - 
She’s going to be throwing the zingers.

Jovial Cheering at the Gormball Championship

Who will win the Gormball game?
The massive thrill drives me insane.
Will the champ be Farvin III
Or Kevin, a shock to me?

Ember throws the brilliant ball.
Maybe she's the best of all?
Or it could be Gargarox
Who knocks off everybody's socks!

This pastime seems rather neat.
Let's hope that Brian won't cheat!
Yes, I see his eyebrows twitching.
Surely I'll be the one snitching.

Yet he loses anyway.
Who will win on this fine day?
The final two are Ember and
Ursula, a pet so grand!

Back and forth the ball shall fly.
It soars smoothly through the sky.
Then it bursts in Ember's arms.
Let's be glad it does no harm.

Ursula has claimed the prize
Right before everyone's eyes!
I can't wait for next year's game.
I'm so sure most feel the same.

Annual Gormball Championships Celebrations

There is an exciting game, 
That your Neopets will love to play. 
You can find it on the Space Station, 
They'll want to play it all day. 
 
Armed with a Gormball, which is filled with lots of water, 
Taking it in turns, you pass it round. 
Catching the slippery ball, 
Be sure not to drop it on the ground. 
 
And once the Gormball explodes, 
The player who was holding it cries out loud. 
For they are dripping with water drops, 
And sent back into the crowd.
