In the crowded Neopian marketplace 
There's a cauldron that many have seen 
It's the famed Neopian Soup Kitchen 
Where so many 'pets have been 

Poor starving Draiks and Aishas 
And hungry Chias grown thin 
All come flocking to the Soup Kitchen 
And the dear Soup Faerie takes them in 

She feeds the poor and the needy 
From her never-ending bowl of soup 
There are so many yummy flavours 
To tempt even the pickiest Lupe! 

There's starberry soup to begin with, 
And chicken and vegetable as well. 
There's classic minestrone 
And the turnip broth is just swell! 

There's simple plain old vegetable 
Or if you want something new 
You could try the soup made of neggs  
And there's an invisible soup too! 

Let's not forget Cornupepper 
Whose taste is extremely hot 
And while most of the soups are lovely 
The asparagus and chutney is not 

So if you're feeling hungry 
And you don't have the NP to feed 
Just come down to the Soup Kitchen 
For the Soup Faerie has what you need!

Neopia, Our Dear Old Home

A decade ago this humble lass
Did stumble upon a wondrous land
“Neopia!" The Lennies larked
"We’ll show you round!" The Lupes barked

To and fro this lass did go
From Faerieland to the snow below
And soon she found with widened eyes
“I am a Neopian!” She cried

That very day she met her match
A grassy-green Shoyru she did catch
And love her so, was this lass’s goal
Neopian and Neopet, sharing one beating soul

But alas, trouble was lurking close
One fateful day, dark and morose
Hollered from the sky, “I am Life!”
And wrenched this Neopian from paradise

For ten years did this young lass mope
Devoid of joy, devoid of hope
Till soon she forgot her Shoyru’s laugh
The sound of Hasees frolicking in the grass

Then one day in a hazy dream
Slowly, to her disbelief
She heard a faint and subtle cry,
“Why did you leave us, why oh why?”

’Twas her dear old friend, from way back when!
Her Shoyru, sparkling in the glen
Of Meridell, she did recall
"In NEOPIA!!!" It finally dawned!

Weathered from Life, but determined so
This lass returned to her long lost home
Now she heals and reconnects
And vows to never again forget!

Haunted Woods Haiku

Woods of warped briar,
Cackling whirls from distant spire,
Murmurs from the mire.

A chilling aura,
Ghosts swarm with haunting terror,
Echoes, their laughter.

Ominous howling,
Moonlight spills, Werelupes growling,
Monstrously scowling.

Monster Hunters flee,
Swift and woefully they shriek,
"Giant Ghostkerchief!"

Meepits smile sweetly,
If surrounded completely,
Retreat hastily!

You'll be in trouble,
When The Awakened scuffle,
Zombie hordes shuffle.

Scared and feeling down?
Don't forget that fun fairground,
Just avoid the clowns.

Don't run, if you could,
Come, stay in the Haunted Woods,
It's ever so good.

Florg so hungry, feed me now!
Florg wants a tasty treat
Florg wants a Spyder and Tenna and Warf
Me want a Hassee to eat!

If me no get a tasty snack
Me will pout and scream and cry
Florg no want to be hungry
When Florg angry you will know why.

Mutants can be very strong
Florg is as strong as can be
But Florg no like to fend for himself
Florg is more like baby.

Use your robot hand to save
Me delicious petpets so small
Use your robot hand to keep
Them on a plate as if hand's a wall.

Feed me enough and you will get
An avatar to show off
But Florg wants lots of snacks to eat
Feeding enough is gon' be tough.

Florg so hungry, feed me now!
Me tummy's full to the brim
Florg ate Spyder and Tenna and Warf
Florg thanks you for feeding him.

Malevolence, Embodied

Two gleaming eyes of a deepest red,
Pitch black stiches keep them on its head.
Along with a gasp, quickly comes the dread
When the name's mention of MSPP.
Held together by needle and thread,
Its razor-sharp teeth will tear you to shreds,
So instead of seeking one, I suggest instead
That you run away, while you're still free.

If you love the look, perhaps it's not too bad,
I mean, think of all the fun that could be had!
You can scare your big sister, or even your dad
And still cuddle up for a hug after.
Just be SUPER careful not to make it mad,
Or I promise you that you'd be ever-so-glad
To walk away unscathed. But, I mean, they're quite rad,
Even if they do have real creepy laughter.

A plushie, a scientist, wicked wrapped in cloth,
Evilness attracts them like flames attract moths,
When they're angry, their mouths quickly cover with froth
But please don't tell them this I said!
I mean, SURELY they don't bake petpets in their broth!
NO DOUBT that they don't have evil meowclops!
OF COURSE they'd never pledge allegiance to Sloth!!
(Take it from me, get a Gelert instead!)
