I step in
The Battledome ring
And face my opponent.
His body... a flaming inferno.
His eyes... an ember red.
The Meerca with the heart of fire
Steps out to oppose me.

I draw out
My trusted sword
And attempt a few strong thrusts,
But the Meerca was fast and nimble
And dodges away too easily.

I stop to think
Another plan,
But that moment surely cost.
The flaming Meerca's burning tail
Breezes past my nose
Like a sizzling whip.

I howl with pain
And grasp my nose
As I fall into a puddle of water
Then it hit me!
The reason why the Meerca
Never comes close
To the river or the sea
Was because he was fire.

I pick my Water Muffin.
And throw it at him with all my might
And soon smile at the scene.
The once inferno
Is now a smoking mess,
As he tosses and turns in agony.

I turn around and say,
"Water keeps every living thing alive...
