Sasha, Star Dancer
By Togepi_forever

She dances across the sky,
To the ground, through the halls.
The Dancer, true to her name,
A Guardian of Altador.

Her life used to be so simple --
Carefree, she lived just for
The happy crowds, the pride, the fame!
And then she met King Altador.

Her life changed swiftly --
Upside down and turned around.
Yet still, it was good
And she was happy.

But nothing lasts forever,
And soon they were betrayed.
And the Dancer felt the guilt
Of being able to do nothing.

Yet even after the Sleeper was captured,
And turned forever to stone,
Sasha allowed a single tear to fall.
She couldn't dance throughout the sky --
The stars didn't sparkle that night.

Alabriss on the Wing
By Anjie

Ladders made from wisps of cloud,
Doth tower, spiral tall.
An ancient city sleeps beneath,
A view that shall enthrall.
The scattered starshine glows serene,
A playground bound by night.
An Alabriss does dart on past,
So bathed in moon's pale light.

The tiny hooves do clutch the clouds,
They drift under her stride.
She'll catch the beam of starlight glaze,
And on the night wind, ride.
So delicate, her tiny wings,
Soft feathers part with ease.
Like velvet tendrils do they span,
And catch the evening breeze.

Old Altador does slumber now,
A sublime time to play!
Until the softest cloud is sought,
A cushion, though the day.
The moonlight sky, her haven safe,
An Alabriss's delight.
The echo of those tiny hooves,
Does fade with break of light.

The New Battledome Challenger!
By Firefox97ink

Eyes shining, coat gleaming,
Claws sharp and ready to fight.
Fur rustling, mouth gaping,
Showing teeth prepared to bite.

The Kougra stands outside the doors,
Golden pelt so strong.
Awaiting the coming battle,
It will not be long.

The heavy doors swing slowly,
Outward spreading wide.
The battler shows no fear,
As he steps inside.

He walks in quite boldly,
That fearless yellow cat.
He looks to his opponent,
A Skeith all round and fat.

The Skeith is no match for him,
The Kougra swipes his paw.
Leaving the Skeith in defeat,
He looks 'round for more.

The Battledome lay open,
For any to come that night.
But none dared to enter,
And face the Kougra's might.

Grey Faerie's Poem
By Iridaceous

Once upon a soaring time
I was held aloft by wings.
Glass-smooth with a moonlit hue,
They were most treasured things.

Yet time has shifted, time has passed.
Wings adorn me no more.
Feeble feathers left in tufts
Were torn from the sky's maw.

Once upon a glorious time
I had called Faerieland my home.
Gliding freely betwixt each cloud,
'Twas a place where I could roam.

Yet time has shifted, time has passed.
My eyes can only stray
To the blue pastures of vast sky
And cling onto long-lost days.

Once upon a thriving time
My beauty was beyond compare.
A quaint gaze etched with violet,
Soft smile and wind-blown hair.

Yet time has shifted, time has passed.
Cold frost bites at my ankles.
Storm-cast eyes tainted with tears
And tresses unkempt, in tangles.

Once I lived as a true faerie,
My heart kept content.
Wherever I went, I went with whim --
Without a woe to vent.

But times will shift and times will pass
And though I've fallen, I will endeavour
To rise once more, named Baelia,
As I will be known forever.

The Pursuing Hissi
By Tcatso

Through the brush he charges,
His prey has not a chance.
He glides through his routine
as if it were a dance.

A single flash of scarlet,
A glimpse of gold and white,
This interesting experience
of an island Hissi in flight.

Finally he finds his prey,
which can't withstand his stare
Nor the way he crosses the ground
as if it's merely air.

So now the valiant Hissi
devours a fabulous feast.
Better not get in the way
of this breathtaking beast!
