King of Chocolate Mountain

Dark chocolate eyes
Made of the richest cream.
A sweet surprise,
It's every Candychan's dream.

Whipped cream wings,
Fluffy and light,
Dusted with cocoa,
He's a sure chocolate delight.

However many stripes
Or plentiful goodness he has,
With no chocolate land,
There is no pizzazz.

So off he went,
One surprising day,
To search for a place,
Full of chocolate every which way.

Searching high and low,
Across the mountains and the shores,
Checking in Faerieland,
And behind all the doors.

He gathered many followers,
Snowbunnies and Bearogs alike,
All wanting to know,
If a such a place existed after their hike.

Until one day, he realised he forgot
The most chocolaty place of all.
Tucked away in Neopia Central,
He found his chocolate stall.

Cookies and milk,
Thick slices of chocolate cake,
Enough mint chocolate
To give you a tummy ache!

All piled high in the centre
Of this store, such a delight,
With lights shining on them,
It was quite a chocolate sight.

Knowing what he must do,
The brave Candychan
Began to climb the truffles and coins,
Enacting his plan.

Once he reached the top,
He put his hands on his hips,
Standing proud above the other Petpets,
The awe, he drew from their lips.

For in this chocolate oasis,
You need only remember one thing,
Of Chocolate Mountain,
The Candychan is king.

Krawk of Cold

I was lost at sea when I
Was just a few years old.
Washed up on banks of southern pole,
Where everything is cold.
But now that I've been found, I think
My story should be told.

A little girl, I was so scared
To be alone like that.
Away from home, all by myself,
In frigid snow I sat.
Until that day they found me there,
The Petpets called Darblat.

They rescued me, they cared for me,
They took me to their home.
I grew up there, I became strong
From living on my own.
With my new friends, I built a land
A cave carved into stone.

It's here I live, it's here I rule.
My kingdom is of white.
If anyone comes after me,
I will stand up and fight.
I do not bow to anyone.
They call me Lady Frostbite.

Alien Aisha

Whizzing over strange lands,

Six ears, green fur,
An eye for exploration,
With hearts full of mystery,
They're simply a sensation!

Dancing though the Milky Way,
Playing among the stars,
They've always got a knack
For finding the bizarre!

They've skimmed the crags of Kreludor,
And scratched the Virtupets Station,
Causing poor Doctor Sloth
No small amount of frustration!

We love these Aishas, these aliens,
And wish them good luck too,
Alien Aishas, I wish you could see,
All we want is to be you!

The Hatchling

A haven perched up high.
A single nest so woven tight,
Beneath the endless sky.
Within the threads of safest home,
There nestles egg so small.
The boundaries of its woven home,
Prevent a risky fall.

Solitary, fracture dwells,
Another crack appears.
Kaleidoscopic patterns spread,
And out the creature peers.
Dual vibrant eyes of cobalt shade,
Blink at the dawning sun.
The crimson egg now splits in two,
And life has thus begun.

Tiny talons extend far,
The claws in wonder spread.
The tiny hatchling greets the world,
His scales a shining red.
Inhaling deeply with a squeak,
He leans in and takes aim.
Into the dusky evening sky,
Spills tiny breath of flame.

A nervous shiver wracks his form,
He spreads those feeble wings.
The softest webbing stretching now,
So new, these strange large things.
With bravery in small Draik heart,
He'll launch up to the sky.
Within the core of hatchlings form,
His instinct is to fly.
