Neopets - How to draw the Ghost Lupe

How to draw the Ghost Lupe : Printable Version

Start by drawing a circle for the Ghost Lupe's head. Lightly sketch a pair of crossed lines on the circle to help you draw his facial features later on. Then, make a large, tilted oval beneath and to the left of the circle for the Ghost Lupe's body.

Next, slightly extend the oval to form the back of the Ghost Lupe's body.

Erase your extra lines. Then, draw the Ghost Lupe's front legs by making two pairs of parallel lines that come from the front of his body shape. The Ghost Lupe's left foreleg (which is on your right) is raised a little and bent. Add small ovals to the end of each of his legs for his paws.

Finish drawing the Ghost Lupe's limbs by making his right back leg (on your left). To do this, make a rounded cone shape just below the back part of his body. To make his foot, add a slightly flattened oval to the end of the cone shape. The Ghost Lupe's left back leg is mostly hidden by his front legs, so you'll only need to make a few tiny indications to show that it is there.

Connect the Ghost Lupe's back right leg to his body with a pair of curved lines. Next, make a shape for his snout on the lower part of his head.

Erase any extra lines you might have, and then give each of the Ghost Lupe's visible paws three toes.

It's now time to start working on the Ghost Lupe's face. Add a tuft of fur to his right cheek (which is on your left). Then, using the guide lines you drew earlier, make the Ghost Lupe's angrily furrowed brow.

Draw his long raised ears on top of his head, and include his flowing, bushy tail.

Continue working on the Ghost Lupe's facial features by finishing his eyes (remember that his left eye, which is the one on your right, will be much smaller than the other because his head is turned). Next, add a triangular nose to the end of his snout. Finally, make some markings on his chest and stomach, and draw the insides of his ears.

Draw some tufts of fur on the Ghost Lupe's ears and snout. Also, make a furry pattern on his tail. Then, work on making the Ghost Lupe's eyes look shadowed and intense. Add a dot in each of his eyes for his pupils, and make a dark rim along the bottom edges of his eyes. Lastly, under his right eye (on your left), include a small curved line to make his expression more fierce.

Give some more texture to his fur by adding some small tufts of hair to his legs and chest. The Ghost Lupe is obviously no ordinary Lupe, though, so also add lots of streaming, ghostly details to his head, chest, and tail.

Your drawing is almost complete! Give it some colour using markers, crayons, or even a computer program. Be sure to add lots of shadowing to make your drawing look especially realistic and detailed!
