10/05/2008 - New rules state that extreme petpage applications are against neopets rules. so please if you are asking for a petpage or making a petpage application keen it small short and simple. just a short essay about your self will do and why you should have the neopet.
8/05/2008 - I have made the pets rules and application type easier to read. so it will not be confusing when looking at the pets UFA. A new layout is being made so hopefully we shall have that up next month.

Adding your neopet
If you would like to Add you pet to TIAA Then please Fill in the form below and send it to me Here
1.Your user name
2.Link to the neopet which is up for adoption
3.Link to page with application rules (if none. dont worry)
4.Type of neomail application (detailed, beif)
5.Date of Closure for applications
If the Date of Application closure runs out, And i do not hear from you saying it has been extended or you have chosen a new owner, Your pet will be removed from listing.
Rules
1. Petpage Applications are against the rules, and are not asked to be made, if the user who is trying to adopt the pet wishes to make a petpage application this is fine.
3. If the owner decides not to choose you to adopt there pet, DO NOT HARASS the person or you shall get reported.
4. If you are the owner of the pet, please inform me if the pet gets adopted so i can take it off the listing.
5.DO NOT bribe the owners of the pets with any kind of item or neopoints.
Buying/selling/trading pets is against the neopets rules.
6.Your account MUST be at least 4 months old to be able to adopt a painted or limited edition pet. This is neopets rules, not mine.
7.If you application gets accepted then it is up to the owner whether they put them in the pound for you to adopt or if they use the transfer tool. so please do not complain
