2/8/10:Improved!
Ok so I haven't been on to update this in a while because of school. My classes are horrible! They would be easy if I didn't have so much homework & stuff but oh well. So last week we had a free week because of the snow. I only went to school on Thursday. This week is probably going to be the same. So why haven't I been updating with all this spare time? Well I lost power... FOUR TIMES!!! Can you believe it?! Neither can I! Ok so anyways, I improved the site by making it more organized & everything else. Also, cullengal was adopted so she is no longer avaliable...

Sorry I haven't updated this page in a while. I am taking a short break from neo. I'm busy with school so I will only log onto neo on weekends. If you are interested in a neopet, I'll read your neomail on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. I haven't gotten any applications for any of the pets so if you send one in, you are probably guaranteed to get it.

Ok so my friend Annie opened a new site called Emerge. It is a new directory so you should check it out. The agency is now listed on Emerge! Hopefully that will help us advertise.

Today is the grand opening of One Zap at the Time! I am so excited to finally start on my dream. I came up with the adoption agency idea a little over a year ago & my dream is finally coming true. With the help of my friends, I present to you the neopets we have in stock. Thanks for coming & I hope you find a neopet you want. Name: One Zap at a Time
Started: 12/28/2009
Reason: To save all the abandoned neopets in the pound & to give neopians the pets of their dreams
The Name?: I came up with the name "One Step at a Time" about a year ago when I started to make the plan that I would open my adoption agency & then the name kind of got old so I was thinking of something short & sweet like, "Zap". So I asked my neofriend Annie what I should do & I have her the two choices & she said, "Why not combine them together to make 'One Zap at a Time'." So that's how the name came to be.

Here are certain rules you have to follow in order to adopt a neopet here.
1) When applying for a neopet, please fill out one of the forms as well as send in your application
2) Your application does not have to be on a petpage, it can just be a neomail
3) Only apply for one pet at a time
4) If you don't get the pet you want, don't complain. We will have more opportunities for you to get the pet of your dreams.
5) Enjoy your stay & come back again.
6) When I say "blueberry" you say "muffins".
Requirements
Here are the requirements you must have in order to adopt a neopet here.
1) Your account must be at least 4 months old. If it's not aged enough, then you won't be able to adopt some of the neopets anyways.
2) You must give your pet a permanent home. If you feel the need to get rid of the pet, then simply put it in the pound for others to adopt.
3) The pet can be on your side, but we prefer it to be on your main.
4) You must have an application of some kind. I don't care if it's neomail or a petpage. It doesn't matter which one you do, because it is my choice to pick who gets the pet.
5) All neopets are transferred, not pounded so make sure you have your transfer open for the month.
