Let's Watch the Stars

Together

You look up into the deep blue sky as the stars shine over you, as if to protect you. The moon smiles, its crescent shape relaxed on the cool night, as the breeze blow whispers into your ear. Tonight was perfect... As you scan the ocean of stellar life above you, there is a small movement. It seems to be headed towards you. As you look more closely you see a pair of eyes that glow like the stars. Eyes? Was this a creature of the outer world? Then you squinted and see wings that flap through the wind with no resistance at all. Was it a bird of mighty strength? When is got even closer you got to see its crystal that hung around its neck. Was it some kind of magic creature? As it comes closer, you see its forked tongue, was it some kind of devil from the sky? You ponder and thought until the figure landed next to you. It was dark out, so you couldn't see the object clearly. As it got closer to you, you see the eyes, the wings, the glowing crystal, and it's tongue, all attached onto the body of a hissi. You shake your head, thinking of how you couldn't of had figured out what it was. The hissi looked at you, curious. "Ah, this is planet Neopia, correct?" she asks you. You nod your head, not knowing where the strange hissi came from. The hissi smiles. "Yes, such a beautiful place. I wish I could have the time to visit every day..." she says, dreamily. You study the small hissi, it is very pretty, but it doesn't seem to come from Neopia. "Who are you?" you ask. The hissi simply nods, and replies, "I am Yurthi, star carer. I must go now, I am very busy." She lifts her small wings, and flaps them, rising up to your height. "I wish to see you again one day, but that may be a few years. Taking care of many of the stars is a tiring and long work." With that she lifts her wings dramatically as if to say her farewells, and took off, zooming back into the sky. You just gaze out, where you last saw her streak through the night, not knowing if you were just dreaming.

Job:Yurthi cares for the stars, helping them to grow and reach their fate, to turn into a dwarf, or into a black hole. Sometimes she gets bored and arranges them into shapes that remind her of important things she had saw in the past that she has never forgotten, and for the people on Neopia, they are constellations. She never has the time to visit one of her favorite planets, Neopia, since there are tons of stars in the universe, and taking care of each and every one of them is hard. That's why most of her constellations are from Neopia, to remind her of it and so she would feel better about her job.

Personality: She is very polite and calm at times. She isn't the best at remembering though and sometimes she forgets the stars' name and place, getting lost along the way. She tends to get distracted, but is lovable. She always follows her heart, even if it meant risking her own life to save a small star from getting sucked into a black hole.

Petpet: Gallus Domesticus

Once during her visits to Neopia she found a small Wibreth near a farm. It was very cute to her and she petted it and told it stories of her adventures of the galaxy, but when it was time to go, they both got attached to each other. Yurthi knew bringing the small Wibreth with her into space was a bad idea since it probably couldn't breathe in the airless void. Yurthi promised it that she would come back to visit it. She flew away, saddened as she heard the small cries of the Wibreth, pleading for her to not go.
When Yurthi returned to Neopia, the first thing on her mind was of course the little Wibreth. She flew over to the farm she remembered seeing it, but when she looked around i, she saw that it had been abandoned. She hoped that the Wibreth was alright and it's new home was better than the barn, but she couldn't help but to think that she had broken her promise. Yurthi knew that it was pointless to try to find the Wibreth since it could've gone anywhere. She sighed and flew back into the sky, rearranging the stars into a Wibreth formation so she could forever remember her best friend from Neopia. The people today call it Gallus Domesticus, which means chicken in Latin (I think. I looked it up. If it's wrong, just inform me ^_^;)
