While the creature was following a slight bit of the moon reappered as the light shined on it. It moaned opening its eyes which where blood red. It was quickly awake in a panic on why it was falling. Before the shadow could try and slow itself down it fell into the forest, the branches of the trees it fell into banging and cutting up its small body but slightly slowing down his desent. The shadow hit the ground hard though knocking it out before time to react was given. It woke up in chains in a strange room "Where me?! Me let go!" He yelled. A shadow appered infrount of his an evil glare in his eyes. "You are a freak mistake" It said. It had the body of a large draik about six times the size of the Xweetok shadow. The Xweetok looked at it, his whole body shook scared not knowing what was going on. Another shadow draik appered on each side of him getting rid of the chains around him then draging him out of the room not caring how much he resisted for they could easly overpower him.

They took him to a large room the center home to a large thrown. The creature sitting on it glaring at the small Xweetok angerly. He moved his hand slightly, on e of the creatures holding the Xweetok nodded quickly wraping a chain around the Xweetoks neck pushing it to the ground hard then snapping the other end of the chain to a steel hook on the ground. The two then dissapered and reappered behind the thrown. The creature stood off the thrown walkingcalmly over to the helpless Xweetok a evil glare in its blood shot eyes. Its body was shaped like a orgrins but it to was no more then a shadow but much more powerful them anyothers in the room. It stopped right infrount of the Xweetok kicking it with all his strength. The Xweetok yelled in pain curling into a ball, eyes tightly shut in pain. The creature turned and went back to the thrown muttering to himself as he did the on ly word able to get out was 'Weakling'

Once he was back down sitting he glared at the Xweetok then smirking as he snapped his fingers. From the shadows around the small Xweetok four creatures appered, all black as the shadows they came out of. All four of them held whips in there hands. The creature on the thrown smirked "Do what you like" He commanded "Make him show the strength he was made to have. If nothing shows just kill him." The four of them nodded at the command as they started attacking him with the whips. The Xweetok cried in pain scared for its life but anable to run away.

As the Xweetok screamed in pain, it almost to much to bear and wishing death would come soon and relive him of the suffering the shadows begain to rise around him protecting him from the still raging attacks. The four creatured stopped looking at the rising shadows. As soon as they stopped the shadows froze. Then all at on ce shot out at the four creatures, its ends now deadly accurate needles. All four dropped to the ground dead as their bodys where absorbed into the shadows.

The Xweetok looked around in shock not knowing what had just happened, his whole body trembled in pain and fear. The creature on the thrown smirked, large fangs showing in his mouth. "This is quite interesting..." He muttered as he brought up a paw signaling for the two shadows who where still behind him. " Take him back to the cell, we will see just how much power it has a little later" The two shadows nodded appering on eather side of the baddly bleeding Xweetok whose blood covered everything around but its blood was not the normal red but a dark blue. The on e creature took the chain off his neck then both grabbed him and draged him back to the place he had woken up in and chaining his paws back up. Unable to stand the loss of blood any longer the Xweetok passed out.

Day after day the beatings continued for the little Xweetok, the leader, who he now knew as Nozto from hearing him talk with other shadows, belived that if he went through enough pain his true powers would show. So far it had been the same this everytime. Chained infrount of the thrown and whipped, soon the shadows rose to block the attacks and then killed the attackers. Nozto was getting tired of all this and was lossing men faster then his followers with darkness magic could make them. He desided that this night they would kill the Xweetok slowly but in a way the shadows would have no way of protecting him.

When the moon was high in the sky the Xweetok was dragged from his cell and out to the lake. He looked around confused wondering what they where going to do to him tonight but never tryed to struggle all his hope was taken from him a long time ago. on e of the shadows then chained its back paws together, the other end of the chain was home to a harge and heavy weight. When Nozto sat down on a chair to watch he gave the sign and the shadows threw Xye into the lake, the weight still wraped around his legs.

The weight easly pulled down the Xweetok as he struggled to get free but he contunued to sink deeper and deeper, the last bit of his air running out. He looked down still not seeing the bottem. Right then a bright beam of light shot from the ground streight at the Xweetok and sorrounding him, the chains then broke freeing him but he was already out of air and unable to even swim. The shadows continued sorrounding him as a small voice echoed in his head, *You have great power and a spirit that has pure intentions. But shadows have taken that from you. You have been given life by meens never met to happen but you are a gift. I will help you but on ly if you want help...do you?* It asked him. The Xweetok was unconsious and unable to reply being underwater but the last bit of his life was still there his mind fading though *Yes...* It thought quietly as now its mind fell victome to the darkness. *Then I will help you, Xyezii* It replyed its voice sweet and kind. *Your painful memorys will leave you and you will have a chance at a better life*

Light, its pure and healing power can scare away the darkness and beat it they say. But today the light saved the darkness from itself.

As the sun rose across the forest a small figure could be seen. It had drifted on to the shore of the river some time last night unconsious. It moved slightly but was quite weak. It was the Xweetok who was amazingly alive some how. It forced itself up and fully out of the river. There was a red bracelet now around its right paw, the beads dangeling from it chimed at the creature moved. As it was out of the water it looked around confused, its red eyes seemed clouded and full of confusion. "Where...where me?" It asked his voice shaking slightly. He then looked up at the sky still confused, he could remember nothing of what had happened or where he was. There was on ly on e thing left in his mind a word... "Xyezii?" He asked himself still looking at the sky. "Me...name?" He asked thinking outloud. He then started to walk into the forest as his energy begain to return to him.

Xyezii wandered around that forest for a long time trying to remember anything but couldn't. His whole life before waking up on the shore beside the river was a total and utter blank. As weeks passed Xye begain getting nightmares everytime he slept. Creatures black as night attacking him but he would soon wake up totally alone but fine, so he mainly just ignored the dreams. The dreams on ly happened when he slept at night so slowwly he begain to sleep more in the day and be awake in the night. The first full moon sents he got awat soon came but there was still a time when he slept and the moon was in the sky, thats when it happened.

In his dream he sat Nozto glaring down at him. His blood shot eyes glowed in the darkness. "You think you can get away that easly?!" His voice boomed through out the darkness around them. A powerful darkness whip appered in his paw as he begain to attack Xye, who was for some reason paralized through out his whole body. He screamed in pain trying to make his attacks stop but they didn't as they got more and more painful, just when it got almost to much to bere he woke up. Looking around in shock but when he tryed to get up a shot of pain flew all across his body. As he looked in confusion, his face turned to fear and shock. All the wounds that had come to him in the dream where across his now bleeding body. He looked at the sky wondering what happened. The moon had just set out of sight as the sun begain to rise "T...the moon?" He whispered.

From that night on Xye never slept under the full moon for fear of the beatings, and he very rarly slept under the moon ever, the night of the new moon the on ly time that he wasn't pleged by the nightmares or attacked. Soon he left that forest going to new places and soon meting other creatures of all different sizes and shapes. A smile always on his face you could never tell of his past, and his fear would never let him tell anyone.
