Eiez pops out his hollow fangs and bites his target, proceeding to suck out their blood. If the target doesn't get away from Eiez in a few minutes, their abilities will be severely drained and they will suffer from disoreintation and the typical blood loss stuff. However, Eiez will slow down considerably, due to the thickness of blood.
He'll get all puffy and pink-eyed, too! heehee~

Eiez has claws, talons, teeth, fangs, and spines.
None of them play nicely with others.

Eiez can spread his hip-wings and fly. As you may have noted, he's pretty good at this, but his low strength makes it hard for him to carry large loads for more than a few seconds. Large loads being one person or more.

If he diltates his eyes enough, they flush with blood and become red, then vibrate. Looking into his eyes when they are like this causes a drowsy state of mind to ensue.
