So your last guild didn't boot you out or bombard you with marshmallows and hot pokers did they? Sounds good to us as long as you're not the type that forms mobs.. A lot of guilds never do make it, but no worries, we will be your backup. Veep is Neopets United* 100% revamped. We were quite the guild and had a lot to brag about. No worries, Veep is rebuilding and will grow to be bigger than NU*. We will have over 10 pages chuck full of activities.. Sounds amazing, huh? Thats the least of what we have to offer you. Did we mention the members? You would not BELIEVE the members we have! Our guild has a very wide range of members. All sorts of ages from all around the world. Our members are active members and are people who want to chat, so you will never be alone!

E x p e c t a t i o n s

We pride ourselves on being unique and completely respectful to all. Every member is friendly to others, and we make sure nobody is left out.

Literacy-- We push it VERY hard. You should probably be aware of the rules on literacy before you join the guild.

Website-- We expect you to read our website often therefore you will know nearly everything about the guild. If you have to ask a question, check the website before neomailing council and asking.

Council-- Do no ask to be placed on council. Fill out an application from this page.

Get Involved-- As you know, there are many things to do at Veep, and to keep them going, we need members to participate in them. We would like all of our members to participate in at least TWO activities A WEEK. We are chock full of unique activities and we want to keep them running as much as we can. We just want you to become apart of every aspect of the guild.

Activeness-- Veep prides itself on the fact that our boards move very quickly, and there is always someone on to talk to, so we definitely encourage plenty of activeness. Council deletes inactive members that have not posted in 15+ days {without notice}, and we do not want this to be you. We understand that you have a life off of neopets, but it would be nice if you occasionally dropped by in your free time. Veep allows side accounts in the guild, as long as you promise to visit us as much as you visit your main account. We love to chat, so we would like you on the boards as much as possible. However, we will not accept one member having more than one account in the guild. If you become inactive you'll be removed.

Posting Ads-- You are absolutely not permitted to post another guilds ad, or try to recruit by bragging about another guild.. Constantly posting your ad for people to visit your shop does not really count as conversation. We understand that we have many members and that we could all vote for your pet in the beauty contest, but please try not to fill the board with your ad.

Any rules broken will result in immediate suspension. If continued, member will be automatically blocked from the guild

Leave the rules to council- Please DO NOT address someone breaking the rules. Ignore it and notify a council member ASAP! Pointing things out to people mainly causes drama.

1. Be respectful towards council and other members. This means no fighting or inappropriate language. If you have an issue with another member, do not bring it to the guild board. Handle it through neomail or get council involved.

2. All posts must be in English, be four words or more, and try to be as literate as possible. An occasional 'ttyl' or 'lol' is fine, but understand that these are slang and will be considered ONE word. You are not allowed to abbreviate words such as 'u', instead of 'you' and '2' instead of 'to', etc.

3. No Bribing members or asking for donations for you or your Neopet goal.

4. No cheating on activities

5. No Spamming on the guild message board, this means no more than two posts in a row. Also using 'word' or a smiley face because you can not think of another word in your post, is not tolerated.

yellow snow: This is your starting rank. Get to know your way around Veep and participate in activities.

snowflake: 300+ messages, 1 referral

snowball: 650+ messages, 3 referrals, 1 contribution to Veep {activity, idea, etc.}

snowman: 1600+ messages, 5 referrals, 3 contributions to Veep {activity, idea, etc.}

R e q u i r e m e n t s

1. You must be at least 16 years old {we make exceptions for younger users who are mature and literate.}

2. You must be semi-literate.

3. Have a decent account.

4. You must always follow Neopets Terms and Conditions.

5. Have a decent font {not overly bright, big, etc.}.

6. When joining you are agreeing that you understand our rules and will follow them.

In order to receive an invite to VEEP, you must fill out the form below and send it to Marla AND Samm. We expect that you have read the ALL the pages and agree to follow our rules. If you have not heard a response in 48 hours, your application has been denied.

Here you will find out all about the guild and the expectations of council. The current positions open are 2nd & 3rd Each position has different requirements and qualifications.
