About Relashio!
Well hello there! If you've come to this page then you must be looking for a guild, or you stumbled upon us or were directed to the page. Whatever the reason may be little do you know that you have found much more than just a guild within Relashio. We are a close knit group started by seven friends who all displayed a common interest; J.K. Rowling's magical world, and the desire to create something based around it that anyone could enjoy.We are a very well established and strong stable guild. We guarantee that no matter what happens we will not allow the guild to fall apart! We know many guilds say that but we will do whatever it takes to keep Relashio as strong and stable as it is and always has been! It is our mission to be the best we can be and consistently provide new and creative things for our members to participate in! Relashio is also literate, chat based community with a mature nature. We do not tolerate drama and are set upon promoting a friendly and fun atmosphere for all our members. Within our family we help our own and are more than willing to assist members with anything they may need. No member is ever left out or ignored, we always welcome new members with a warm welcome and quite often a lovely "tackle glomp". That my dears is Relashio's way of saying hello!
Even though we are fully literate we do allow the occasional "lol" (very rarely, we would much rather see a "haha" or a "hehe" than "lol".) We also allow smilies! Just not excessively! Emily, our Headmistress is very fond of this one "(:" and similar ones, she however is not a fan of the actual animated ones that neopets provides. But she will allow them! We have recently reached our tenth month! We are very excited to have been around for this long! We will soon be on year old and are super excited about it! We would like to thank everyone who has supported us through everything that we have gone through as a guild. We love all of our members, former members and each of you out there of frequently lurk on our ad boards! Without any of you we would never had made it this far! Relashio is strong, proud and here to stay!

Anyone is welcome to apply, and all members are extended the offer to take part in traditional activities, and classes based on the Harry Potter series as well to help run them. We also have several non-traditional things to do in Relashio! So you can officially consider us to be a semi-traditional guild! We are a private community so an application is required, but look at it as a fun questionnaire so we may fully integrate you into our loving family.
Relashio was founded by seven friends. We realize that is a huge number of people to start a guild with but we have made it work in all of the best ways! We all brought something unique and special to the guild and we are really excited to share Relashio with everyone! Roleplay
Yes, we offer Role Playing to those who fancy things like that. Our Role Play is literate, advanced, insane and mature. We also extend our role play forum to those who wish to role play but not join the guild. We welcome any and all Harry Potter guilds that do not have a Role Play set up to join us. Or even those who do have one and want to try a different genre than what their guild offers, whatever the reason is we would love to have you!Our role play forum has nearly four thousand posts and over seventy characters. There are currently around twenty different people using our forum! So there is always someone willing to start a thread with newcomers.
We have a canon list that we use for characters. But for our more advanced role players we have Alumni characters that are graduates of Hogwarts, they are created completely by the role play. Only thing we require to have an Alumni character is having at least two active student characters on the forum. We also recently began accepting original characters on the forum! So, feel free to bring over your favorite role playing character and adapt it to our settings and application!
The Plot
The year is 2021 and term has just begun...What wonders await us at Hogwarts this year? Hogwarts. A magical place in and of itself. Within the castle walls there is secrecy, betrayal, love and friendship. Young witches and wizards falling in love or breaking each others hearts. With vampires, veelas, werewolves and more! However, some do not wish Happiness of life upon the rest. Some prefer the shadows of Darkness and the desire to be above all - the desire to rule. Features
Here at Relashio we have a series of clubs, classes and activities for members to take part in and run. Everyone is encouraged to take part and earn points for their house, all adding up to who will win the house cup!Classes will consist of the main classes from the series such as Charms, Potions and Defense Against the Dark as well as the optional ones including Ancient Runes, Divination and Care of Magical Creatures.
There are many possibilities for clubs within the guild, both related to the Harry Potter books and separate from them. Clubs like S.P.E.W, Dueling, Quidditch, Dumbledore's Army, even a few AMVP related things and many more will give fans a chance to take part in what they love, and those who are less familiar with the books to learn if they wish. Also things such as Fan Art and Fan Fiction, writing and art give everyone a chance to enjoy something they love.
Activities can be ranged far and wide, run by anyone for anyone to take part in. These could be trivia, treasure hunts or seasonal events. They are all based off the ideas of members and anything is welcome!
The Rules
As with all guilds, we have rules that must be followed. They are not difficult to remember nor are they all that strict but they are here for a reason. Headmistress Emily likes order. (:First before you read the lengthy list of rules below we expect all of our members to follow TNT's terms and rules within the guild. We understand this is difficult at times, but try your best please!
1. Be polite to all members. Absolutely no negativity or drama will be tolerated in Relashio. Please be respectful and as positive as possible at all times. We don't mind you telling us about your day and what not but if you have an issue with another member or a complaint please neomail your Headmistress or Head of House OR the member that you are having a hard time with.
2. Posts on the board should contain at least one whole sentence. Short posts add nothing and just clog up the other messages. Lol yeah is not a valid message. Please do not post more than three messages in a row for the same reason.
3. Relashio is a fully literate guild. Members are expected to use proper form when posting, but we understand that people make mistakes. Try to keep the 'lol's to a minimum, but your Headmistress has a fondness for emoticions :)
4. Members who have not been sorted will be moved to the house most in need of members. We do expect members to post on the boards if they have been online and those that have been on daily but not posted within a week will be sent a howler. You will be expelled at the discretion of your Head of House if you have still not posted within another week.
5. If you are going to be gone longer than a week please try to inform Emily or any member of council. We will delete members that do not post for a month if no one has been notified that they will be gone!
6. We don't require you to post a lot but we do kindly ask that you at least post one message each time you login to Neopets to do your dailies and what not. If you can do dailies you can stop by and say hello to your fellow guild members!
The Application
Yes, we know applications are lengthy and boring. But we have tried to put a unique twist to ours. We want you to be creative and set it up in whatever way you would like to present it to us. Please be as literate as possible. Have fun with it! We only ask that you provide the following things some where on it:- Your username, nickname and time zone
- How active you are on Neopets
- Examples of your graphics and/or coding (if you can make them, if not that is totally fine and it does not affect you being accepted into the guild.)
- Describe your personality
- What are you interests?
- Besides Harry Potter what other books, movies or TV shows do you like?
- Why do you want to join Relashio?
- Lastly, what other things would you like us to know about you?
- Who referred you.
Please neomail your application to any of us links to our userlookups are provided at the top of the information page. The safest bet for the quickest response is to see if one or more of us are currently posting on our advertising board. Not all of those members are part of Relashio's Original seven! (: There's also Kae, and Aria. Each are currently unable to be on as much so we added a few new faces from our advertising committee and our council to the list of those who can send out invitations to our amazing guild! There are several members able to send invites to you after you apply that are not listed. If you are unsure feel free to ask the member who directed you here if you can send your application to them. (:

Relashio's House points System
Please note that there may be other ways to earn HP at any given time, but these are all the permanent ways to earn. Any other ways are related to events or temporary activities going on in the guild.Activities – 5-300 HP. Each activity is different, and changes depending on the difficulty of that activity at any given time.
Hosting Activities - 250 HP a month. Plus, 100 for each update. (Limit of 400 per month, meaning you updated once a week in a month giving you 400 for that month!)
Classes – 5 to 100 HP, depending on level on completion as well as the teachers point scale.
Clubs – 20 to 200 HP every two weeks for completing Clubs specifications. (Please note that each club is entirely different for how you earn those points!)
Hosting a Class/Clubs/Shop - 250 HP a month. Plus 100 points for each time you update it (with in reason, limit of 1000 HPs/term).
Submitting Graphics - 150 to500 HP depending on the quality of the graphic and what type of graphic it is. For example a guild layout will get more house points than a banner or button will get. No limit per term on the amount of graphics submitted.
Submitting Fonts – 20 – 50 HP. Depending on the type. You will receive more house points for making house specific fonts. But you will also get them for generic fonts that are just for Relashio in general. You must provide the coding for your fonts so they can be displayed on our font page.
Donating - Up to 100 HP/month - 10 HP per donation. (this has changed from the original 100 HP per item to make the housecup results much fairer. Donating is perfectly okay but there is now a set limit on how much per month you can earn from donating. So with two months in a term you can earn up to 200 house points per term.
Being Caught Advertising - 50 HP meaning, a guild admin found you on a guildless board actively posting trying to have someone join our family. Points will NOT be awarded for posting once and vanishing from the board. Talk to that person, get to know them and show them what Relashio is all about, give them a dose of our kindness and random personality. Not just your typical "Hey check us out."
Bumping the Ad boards – 5 to 50 HP. based on creativity of your bump. A simple face or emoticon will get you 5 HP where as saying something really nice about the guild will get your bump screen caped and earn you more house points for that bump! Every so often, double or triple points will be in effect for bumps. So watch for that! When tripled or doubled it goes off of the creativity of your bump just as a normal bump would.
Random Message Board Questions - 30 or 10, depending on how hard the question was. (this is under construction and is not currently implicated in the guild! Details soon!)
Referring a new member- 20 hps. Member must be part of the guild for one week and reasonably active, meaning if they join and never post, never do anything you won't get the points. We do get that everyone has life's as we state in the rules but members who join and don't even say hi once in a while will not earn you points for referrals.
Daily Trivia Question – 50 to 100 HP depending on the difficulty of the trivia question. (Coming soon!)
Wizardly Lotto - 10-500 HP, depending on amount of numbers correctly matched. (Coming soon!)
Common Rooms - Earn up to 300 HP/2 weeks through inter-house activities. Results will vary based upon the Head of House's choice. However Heads please do not exceed 300 HPs per student! In addition to this, Head of Houses will earn 500 house points per term for keeping their common room updated!

Yep, that's right we have guild committee's! What's the point? Well, mainly for fun but basically to give everyone some sort of job in the guild if they want one!
