Who is Lucid?


Quite honestly, I don't really know the answer to that question. But for starters, I'll just give you the facts.
I am 18, I'll be 19 in March. I live in Florida. I'm an aspiring filmmaker/screen writer/cinematographer. But I also would love to study psychology. I'm a strong believer in Astrology and Tarot. I'm an Aries sun sign, in case you were wondering. (; I am usually a really nice, and sweet person. I like to show everyone kindness and respect, because I want and would expect it back. If that isn't the case, it is very likely my sarcastic, smart aleck side will come out. But I try to keep that under wraps, because I really am kind and nice, I just don't like to be treated badly. I enjoy eccentric music, indie & horror films are my favorite. I collect VHS tapes, perfume bottles, key chains, stuffed animals and EOS lip balm. I'm a very neat person, and I like things to be even. I have a sister, without whom, I would die. I love CATS. CATS. CATS. CATS. I like dogs too, don't get me wrong, but CATSS! Hehe. :3 I believe in aliens, and especially ancient aliens. Which reminds me, I like some sci-fi too! I like odd, weird things that other people wouldn't like, which is why I am a THRIFTER and proud. ;D I love shoes and handbags, I have a lot! My favorite color is purple and my favorite flower is a sunflower. Which is my next tattoo. Which reminds me, I love body modification. I have a few myself! ^__~ I'm a bit of a loner, at least in real life, and I'm shy. But once someone gets to know me, they open Pandora's box! Which reminds me, I love Skins(UK). If you've seen it, let's talk about it! :3 I love taking pictures on film and hanging them up. I paint, not well but I do. I write. I love love to write. But only personally. I feel confident in my writing until someone else has to see it. But I still wouldn't say I have any talent for it. It just feels good to get my feelings out. It's amazing, to feel so awful, write it all down, and you then feel so relieved. I love philosophy. I'm a pessimistic-realist. I love amusement parks and roller coasters. I love Bob Dylan. My favorite band is Bright Eyes. I love beautifully written lyrics. I like to sing, but I'm pretty sure I sound horrible. I also love CocoRosie. I love unique, genuine people. It makes me so happy to see someone being themselves. In a world where we are so repressed and molded to fit this little box labeled "Normal", it's inspiring to see someone break out of that AND not care what others think about it. This is probably too long, so I'll move on now! c:
