Hello, guest! My name is Sunny, and welcome to Sparkle's Adoptables. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to getting fellow Neopians their dream pets & rescuing abandoned pets.

Yes, every pet is an ex-pound pet who has been rescued and zapped by me to a great new color! These wonderful pets need super new homes, so why not apply to adopt one today?

All applications should be sent to neoneighbor which is my adoption account. Also, please be aware that I am in no way, shape, or form selling, trading, or taking other forms of payment for my fosters.

By applying, you recognize that by your own decision you are giving up your time to make an application for a pet that you might not even be selected for and that the only np you will have to spend is what the pound charges you upon accepting the transfer if you are chosen.

OUR ADOPTION RULES

1. Please only neomail me once. I DO reply. It might take a few days but you WILL hear something, I promise.

2. Please use English grammar... I am not familiar with chat abbreviations.

3. All my pets have names and a gender so please respectfully refer when applying.

4. Your account must be at least 4 months old to be considered for certain colors. This is Neopets rule, not mine. Also, transferring is only allowed one per month so there might be a que. Please be patient. Your future pet will be worth the wait. If your account is not 4 months old but you are still wishing to apply, just make sure to mention in your message. We don't mind waiting for the perfect home if you are chosen.

5. Please fill out the your applications with as much detail as possible. I do not mind neomail apps or petpage apps, and if you do choose a petpage app I do not mind if you use a premade layout (as long as you credit the original creator).

6. No traders please. My pets have worked very hard and have earned the right to permanent homes. I don't want to find them in the pound or someone else's account when you decide to "trade up".

THE ADOPTION QUESTIONAIRE

1. Please neomail in the subject '(YOUR NAME) loves them apples!' that way I will know you are applying for a pet.

2. Tell me a litle bit about yourself (what you enjoy about neopets).

3. Name of the pet you wish to adopt.

4. List all of your accounts.

5. Which account will my pet be housed on?

6. Do you have any specific plans for my pet? Are you planning on giving my pet a personality & backstory? If yes, please share some of your ideas.

7. You must take the Pledge of Good Ownership before you apply to adopt one of my pets. Please include this in your neomail to me or on a petpage (be sure to tell me where) with all the information correctly filled in:

If I am chosen, I, (your name), do hereby pledge a promise to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name). I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a good friend to my new Neopet and never, ever, ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again.
