Here are some commonly asked questions when it comes to Restocking. If you don't see your question answer here feel free to neomail evilbluemunkeyz.

What is Restocking?
Restocking is where you buy an item at a low price and sell it at a high price. This can be through main shops, user shops, trades, and auctions.

What items should I buy?
You should only buy items that will give you a profit. If you don't know what those items are, I recommend just looking at the items when the shop restocks to check the prices to get an overview of whats worth buying to get a profit.

How do I buy an item?
To buy an item, click the item and press ok. Once you see the haggle page, put in the amount you want to haggle and click on the neopets it askes you to in the picture. If you've put up a high enough price, you won't have to rehaggle.

What shop should I restock at?
If you're just starting out I would reccomend the shop I restock at, books. Also, many restockers also think that food is a good place to restock at also. Once you've gained experience and have learned the items, any shop will do if you enjoy it.

The shop is empty!!!
The shops restock at certain seconds, the minutes are random. If the shop hasn't restocked, or all the items have been brought, then no items will appear. Just wait, another restock will come up soon.

What price should I haggle at?
Since you should be using your keypad, look at the price they want. If they're asking for 1278, pick numbers close to each other such as:
1222
1212
1333

Where can I talk to other Restockers?
Usually there will be a board on the Help Chat. Just go and introduce yourself on the board, and you'll have many companions to talk to while waiting for another restock.

I really enjoyed your guide, can I be your neofriend?
I have a rule to here I don't accept neofriends unless I know you. You may neomail me with any comments concerning the site. I'd love to read those comments.

Welcome guest to my, x_kousei_x, restock guide. Here I will give you a brief overview of what restocking is. If you have any questions please look at the FAQ section of this guide, and if thats not answer you can always send a question to my owner, evilbluemunkeyz.

So lets start out with you do when you're restocking. Basically you buy an item at a cheaper price and sell it for a higher price. This doesn't mean you buy a tombola prize at 1 NP and sell it at 1k NP. No, we're talking items that are cheaper than the Shop Wizard asking price.
Here I will tell you the basic steps to restocking and a brief overview of each step.

(1) Get Some Neopoints!
In order to restock, you have to have neopoints in order to buy the items. I suggest playing games. There are always games that you will be good at, and its better than begging for NP and items then get your account frozen.

(2) Open A Shop
Next you'll need to open your own shop. This will be where you're selling your item unless it is an unbuyable (more than 100k NP). I recommend for starts to upgrade their shop to a 3-5 size shop depending how much restocking you'll be doing. Later one once you have more neopoints, you can upgrade more.

(3) Pick A Shop To Restock At
Now it is time to pick the shop that you will be restocking at. You can always have more than 1 shop to restock at, but make sure the seconds they restock are farther apart. Look at the seconds section for a list.

(4) Get To Know The Items
After you've choosen your shop, you need to get to know the items that are within the shop. After you know which items will give you the most profit its time to actually restocking an item.

(5) Restock That Item!
You quickly refresh at the second your shop restocks and you see that item that is worth a couple thousand more. You quickly click on the item and press ok. Putting in a haggle price you're amazed to see that you have successfully brought your first item.
Now its time to go to your items and place that item in your shop. Look at the shop wizard to find an average low price and set your price at that. Wait awhile to see if it sells, if it doesn't sell after 2-3 days think about lowering the price.

(6) I'm Ready To Move On To Another Shop
Once you've had enough experience in a simple shop, move on to more tougher shops. A couple harder restocking shops are toys and magic.

(7) You've Earned Your Profit
Now that you've restocked a few items and have gotten yourself a profit, what do you do with it? If you want you can make yourself a goal, such as a pet, paint brush, gallery, etc. Or you can upgrade the size of your shop. Whatever you want to do with your neopoints is up to you.

Have you been on a Restock Help & Chat Board and haven't been able to figure out what these people are talking about? Well here is a list of some of the lingo related to restocking.

RS: Restock
RSing: Restocking
UB: Unbuyable (100k NP or up)
R#: The rarity of the item
GJ: Good job ~ said after a good restock
AB(er): Auto***buyer ~ every bad!!! It automatically buys items for people.
1337: Elite ~ you are now considered a very good restocker.
Lag: This is where you computer slows down which causes you not to be able to get a good item.

I've decided to give you all some Tips and Hints to make your restocking experiment a little more of a breeze.

- When haggling use your keypad and get to know where the keys are.

- Also when haggling choose numbers close together, 1111, 1212, 8585

- If you're doing something else, have your shop on the left hand side of your screen with the clock showing so you know when to refresh.

- The 3rd day of the month is half-price day. This means all items in the shops are half price so go get them!!! Major restocking day.

- Try to have a good internet connection speed. The faster your computer, the easier it will be to grab those items.

- If you get bored, go find a restock board to talk on. This will help the time go by faster instead of sitting at the computer for an hour refreshing one shop.
- Please get to know the items. If you don't you can lose some valuable NP.

- If you have a question ask. Its better to ask then to make a huge mistake down the line.

- Just because you are an RSer, that doesn't mean you're better than others. If you have this sort of attitude you end up bringing down all RSers. Its sterotyping.

- Keep a few guides on your favorites, so if you forget something you have it right there.

- I recommend if you're trying out a few shops to write down your profits each day so you can find out whats your best place to restock at.

- Enjoy yourself. If you don't enjoy restocking then why do it? In life you need to do things you enjoy, and this is one of them.

Here are a few other restock sites that I have come across. If you would also like to add your petpage here please send me a small icon and I will add it to my page.

I have also provided a button that you can add anywhere you the site. Your petpage, user lookup, shop, etc.

Join the fight againist the new restock system, post this on your lookup!!!
