Harmony's Adoption will no longer be functioning.
Why? Well, I've grown a bit tired of have no offers. And not to forget, this site has become a bit too childish these days. If neopets really wants to regain all the members it lost, they would have fix things a long time ago.

What drove people off?
Changes to their favorite site. Customizing, NC Mall, etc. They didn't want neopets to get their money. If they did, they would have bought a membership. Neopets became so obsessed with getting their hands on our money, those veteran players quit and never looked back.
