If you manage to get past the first round of betting with one of these hands there are 2 ways of playing them. You try to catch your flush or straight or discarding everything but your highest card and hope to pair that card or get dealt a pair. Both are very unlikely but it has happened.
You have to decide when it's a good time to play a gambling hand. My rule is to play them as long as the opening bet stays below 10 neopoints.

RULE 1: ALWAYS remember how many cards your opponents discard!
RULE 2: If your opponents discard 3 cards they have a pair before they discard.
RULE 3: If your opponents discard 2 cards they have three of a kind before they discard.
RULE 4: If your opponents discard only 1 card it means they have 2 pairs or 4 of a kind (which is really rare so don't expect them to have it) or that they need only one card of a flush or a straight.
RULE 5: If your opponents discard nothing they have an AWESOME hand: either a flush, straight or straight flush. Unless you have a flush or straight, fold. |
|
RULE 1: Your opponents do not bluff. They will tell you everything when they bet.
RULE 2: Your opponents will call everything on the opening round of betting. They will also usually bet at least 10 neopoints if they have only ace high. You can only tell when one of your opponents is sitting on something better than a pair if they raise the bet.
RULE 3: Okay, when your opponents only have a pair they will not bet unless they have either a pair of kings or a pair of aces.
RULE 4: Your opponents will usually raise to the max. during the second round of betting when they have 2 pairs or better.
RULE 5: You cannot buy the pot by raising, they will call. So save yourself the chips and time. Therefore, by the way your opponents bet your can tell the strength of their hands. If you know that they have a better hand than you, fold. |

Okay we'll start at what the stockmarket is. You need to see the stockmarket as a bank. You put your money in and collect intrest. Stocks raise and drop in value RANDOMLY. You can't influence a stock by buying lots of whatever it is they do or make. So don't try. Usually, investing in stocks take time and most of all PATIENCE! If you have patience, the stockmarket will make you RICH! So what you want to do is buy into a stock that is selling low (15-16 NP per share). This is like putting your money into a bank. Try to buy the max. amount of stocks in a day 1000. This will maximize your profits. Now all those stocks you bought will raise and fall and your basically waiting for the stock to mature (50-60 NP per share) then you sell all of those stocks. The money you make you REINVEST into the stockmarket. Don't go blow it all. Some stocks will "mature" faster than others. You can check out more advanced guides to figure out which ones. But ALL stocks will EVENTUALLY "mature". So you have to keep all your stocks! If your stock drops really low (5-6 NP per share) DO NOT PANIC! Do not sell your stocks at a loss. Just wait for them to raise. So, let's say I buy 1000 shares of EEEEE at 15 NP per share. That costs me 15,000 NP. If I sell all 1000 shares when the stock reaches 60 NP per share, I will get 60,000 NP. that would mean that I have just made 45,000 NP for doing NOTHING but being patient. You'll want to set a limit of how many stocks you will own in any one company. I set mine at 5000 shares. his way it forces me to buy into new companies and raises my chances that one of them will "mature". Again, REINVEST your money BACK into the stockmarket. I haven't played a game on this site for NP in almost 2 years now. And I have 2 Darigan pets and 3 Darigan petpets. trust me, this is how TONS of Neopians get rich. Hope that helps. If you found this helpful, why not say thanks by voting for my Beauty Contest entries. Just check out my *USER LOOKUP* THey have links to the entries there. Good luck and BE PATIENT!!!! |
