Intro

You walk into a forest, a very old forest. It's trees tower above you, for they have been there many years. The growth comes up to your knees, making it hard for you to trudge through this un-bearable land. Suddenly, you hear a sound. A very faint sound. It makes a noise very like a swift cat stalking it prey, silent. You spin around suddenly to look behind you. Nothing. But in the process, you trip over from the growth. You shriek in pain and get back up, whizzing around again as you hear the very same noise from earlier, managing to stay on your feet this time. There's nothing. Nothing at all.
You continue through the forest, going deeper in. Then you realize it: You are lost. And it's just now struck you that you've always heard those tales about ones who stray into the forest, out of the light, and never return. You shiver at the thought. You hear a low growl come from ahead of you, and you squint your eyes to see what made it. The sound wasn't life-threatening, but a warning. You step back in surprise as your eyes get affixed to the light and you see a small red luppress, her eyes a light blue, but a purple at the same time. She had a gray cloak which adorned her petite body, covering her from forehead to paw. The only thing the garment did not cover, was most of her head, her ears, tail, and...wings..? Yes, she had wings. Wings that were light pink, with a tint of purple on the end.
State your name and business. Now," She commands, and you are struck by her tone of voice.
You finally manage to choke out the words, "I-I'm guest.. I'm here becuase I--
Oh, nevermind about answering the last one," She says, her eyes sparkling with mischief.
Who are you?" You ask, biting you lip and hoping it wasn't the wrong thing to say.
Sit down then." She says, leading you out of the overgrown weeds of the forest and into a clearing. She motions for a rock in the center of it, and you obediantly go and sit down. "I am," She says, then looks around as if someone was watching her. "My name is Rogue, I am a Thief.

Story

A thief?!?" You impetuously blurt out. Then you realize you had just yelled that pretty loud and clasp your hand over your mouth as if to take that back.
Shush. An Ex-Thief, rather," She adds snorting with your behaviour in utter disgust.
Oh," You say, hoping you didn't hurt her feelings. "I'm sorry. I--
Alright, alright! Sheesh," She says, glaring at you. You wonder if she's really this complicated to get along with, and why in Neopia where you talking to a thief? "Soo... how did you become a thief?" You ask, suddenly quite intrested in her story.
