A little about flotsams...
Flotsams are one of the original neopets that look like dolphinsm, an aquatic neopet related to a Jetsam. They love to swim in the oceans of Neopia.
They are pretty small neopets compared to the others.The average Flotsam is as big as the average Eyrie's wing!
Flotsams have gone through many changes before they were dolphin-like neopets. To beieve it or not, flotsams first looked like goldfish! It was transformed into a dolphin-looking creature on June 22, 2000.
  
Flotsams are pretty popular; in May 2006, the Flotsam is ranked 23rd out of about 50 species. Over 2.9 million flotsams have been created and taken good care of!
So, perhaps you have a flotsam and would like to join? well, this is what you have to do:
1. You must neomail me on my account, frogyfrog_04.
2. In the neomail, you must provide your pets name, color, and gender.
