As we said goodbye to the original plotline of being a band and also students by day and spies by night, along with the original premiere dates of September 2008 and January 2009… and don't forget the only reason why this show is taken so long to do: last year's writer's strike, we now focus upon a fresh and new start to the upcoming show.
We first learn on September 25th from the Jonas Brothers blog that: "There will be lots of 'surprise' guests" on JONAS. On that same day, Access Hollywood revealed some more details on the show! The name "JONAS" will refer to the street that their fictional characters live on, their last name will be "Lucas", and Frankie will also be making regular appearances on the show as their younger brother.
JONAS began filming on September 29th and is expected to air in May 2009.

With the Jonas Brothers' half-hour Disney Channel show (debuting in May '09), expect brand-new music, guest stars (Big Rob! ''Bonus Jonas'' Frankie!), and major high jinks. ''We're trying to cook Mom a special birthday cake,'' explains oldest sibling Kevin, 20, who's wielding the fire extinguisher as Joe and Nick look on. ''We destroyed our family's home videos, so we have to find ways to make up those memories.'' From the looks of it, mission accomplished.

MMMBopfan's opinion: Well, for this one, I'm gonna have to say yes… but not because of the VMAs (they were not actually given that chance to break out from it due to Russell Brand and Britney Spears). They will, however, get their chance someday… but when that will happen remains unclear to me still.

MMMBopfan's opinion: This performance definitely was amazing but the surprise of it was ruined by MTV revealing so much of it before hand while trying not to (does that make any sense to anyone?)

MMMBopfan's opinion: Oh… this one was a tough one! In one way, they were much better than the other five songs (well four because Trainwreck was amazing)… but on the other hand, Demi didn't seem right for those songs.

MMMBopfan's opinion: Well, I'm not very happy with those two people who said 'I don't care…' because although Joe may not be your favorite, he is still a Jonas Brother. But with all the info I learned of within those days that they broke up, I think it may have been them both because she was trying to have more than what Joe was willing to give and the Jonas family advised that Joe should not date her because of his schedule and his career.
