About Avox
What is Avox you ask? Well, it's a guild. I mean obviously. Why didn't you know that?
It's also the word for a mute in the Hunger Games trilogy. Now you might be all, oh, why would you name your guild after that?
SIMPLE. Because we base our theory off of one principle - members should be neither seen nor heard.

The Rules
To make this guild not horrible, we have a few rules you have to follow. 
1) You must be AT LEAST 16 years of age, and NO MORE than 83 years of age. This is a mature guild, ok? We all get together and get into heated debates about whether Katniss should have gone for Gale (yes) or Peeta (eeew). So. You know. You need some higher functioning brain power for that.
2) You must be AT LEAST semi-literate. This means try your hardest and don't mock the President when she misspells "forest." There's only one "R" in there, Tin. You poor, poor fool.
3) This guild is private. Our guild's secrets are left with those who can be trusted… and also anyone else who joins. But still, please don't reveal the location of the Games, it sends Vi into an unholy rage when she has to move them.
4) If you are accepted into our ranks, you are expected to apply for your district assignment within 48 hours. You are also expected to post on the guild board within 24 hours. And if you don't, we WILL find you, and we WILL make you post.
Ranks
Citizen
IF you're accepted into Avox (which, unless you're awful, you will be), you become a citizen. Yay!
Tribute
Tributes are people who are forced to do HORRIBLE things for other people's entertainment. You know, like Nicholas Cage. You guys are the Nicholas Cages of the guild.
Luckily for you, this status is only temporary, and you'll go back to being a citizen or (if you're lucky) victor when the games are over.
Victor
If you don't know what a victor is, then you likely will never need to know.
Mentor
A mentor is responsible for seeing the tributes through the Games. They are a tormented, tragic group of people.
Mayor
There are four mayors comprising the Capitol Luxuries Sector(1, 2, 8), Technological Needs Sector(3, 5, 6), Capitol Necessities Sector(4, 10, 11), and District Necessities Sector(7, 9, 12). The mayors are known for keeping their people in line and never, ever rebelling. Because that would be wrong.

The Head Gamemaker is the head creative genius of the guild. She runs the Hunger Games, and is the President's number 2.

Dear old President Tin, who no one would ever feel the night to rebel against.
Decisions will not be made for placements for awhile. We expect to have the most trustworthy and knowledgeable Citizens in our higher positions, and these things take time to earn. If you have questions, feel free to contact your President.

District 5- Power;
District 6- Transportation;

District 8- Textiles;
District 9- Grain;
District 10- Livestock;
District 11- Agriculture;
District 12- Mining.
District 13- Myth; this does not exist.
To be assigned, please fill out the following questionnaire and send your answers to Tin with a subject of 'Assignment'. You will most likely need to post your application on a pet page. Make sure you post the full link to the page.

Part 1 - the Neighbor
1: Your mayor contacts you to let you know that you'll be given all the food and riches you could dream of if you spy on your neighbor for them. You never liked that neighbor anyway. What do you tell your mayor?
2: Your neighbor is doing nothing wrong, but the mayor needs a fall guy for the President, since food has been going missing recently. Do you agree to be a false witness against your neighbor?
3: Oh, but it turns out your own beloved little brother is the one who has been stealing the food - if you turn the neighbor in, he'll be off the hook. Do you testify against the neighbor?
4: Oh, gosh. You know all the food and riches your mayor said she was going to give you? Ya, not going to happen. You see the mayor walking down the street the next night after midnight, totally unguarded. What do you do?
Part 2 - the Games
1: You've just been reaped! How do you feel?
2: Your mother has given you a token for you to take into the arena with you. What is it?
3: Good news - you only have one person left before victory will be yours! Bad news - that person is your best childhood friend, and the other person from your district. What do you do?
FAQ
Why do you have an age limit?
We want our members to be as mature as possible. Nobody really likes a guild overflowing with drama, so we keep our age limit to prevent that. Generally, 16+ year olds are mature enough. Plus, their literacy is much better than a lot of younger kids.
I'm not 16 yet, can I still join?
We are willing to make exceptions for some people if we believe them to be mature. However, your application needs to go through both owners and both need to agree on it.
Do I need to have read all of the books to join?
Nope! It would certainly help for activities and when someone goes on a Finnick rant, but it isn't required!
What are your Hunger Games like?
Epic. That is all you need to know.
Do you have a roleplay?
At the moment, we do not have a RP. However, when enough interest is shown and somebody steps forward to run it, we will have one.
How does your sorting work?
Magic!
Why is this guild not sparkly? I like sparkly things. Like unicorns. I have a unicorn named Fred. Does Avox have a unicorn named Fred?
We do not have a unicorn named Fred. We do, however, have a unicorn named Bernard.

Do you have a member cap?
Yes, we do! Our member cap is currently set at 50, and we purge members every month. During the summer, our purges occur every two weeks.
I was deleted in the purge. Can I rejoin?
Absolutely. But remember, if you do not keep your activity levels up, you will be deleted again.
Why is District 13 not represented in your guild?
Because President Coin gave Tin the willies. True Story.
How active is Avox?
Pretty darn active. There are multiple people on everyday. Usually at least one person is around at all times to chat with.
Can I join on a side?
Sure! As long as you can keep up with it!
Do I need to be good at graphics?
Nope! But if you are and would like to help out, you are more than welcome to.
Why did I get killed off in the games?
You probably made a stupid decision. If you decide to throw a tantrum about losing in the games, you WILL face consequences, whether it be loss of any admin powers you might have or being kicked out.
