One dark night:

The wind ruffled though his hair as he watched his target exit the house and make his way toward a small shed at the back of the yard. Vuh waited till he had entered before making his move. He edged carefully along the side of the old brick house taking care to keep quiet. Waking the sleeping members of the household would not do. He peered into one of the windows and saw a sleeping child. He smirked to himself, tomorrow that kid would wake up with no daddy. What good were fathers anyways... he was doing the kid a favour. He continued along and peered into the shed though a crack in the old wooden boards, sure enough there he was, the smug little beetle of a man. He was tearing up the floor stuffing as much of the stolen loot in his pack as he could. That money belonged to none other than the Big Boss himself. Recovering it wouldn't be hard at all. Vuh kept his laughter inside, the man didn't even have any sort of protection.
Vuh snorted aloud, The man inside turned so quick he send cash flying all over the floor, well that was a bother ... now he had mess to clean. He opened the door and stepped inside the shed with a smirk on his face: "Donason, didn't I warn you not to be greedy?". The look of fear and attempt at stammering an answer was all Vuh needed. He took out his gun and aimed a sleeping dart at him and sent it flying. He grinned as Donason fell to the floor with a thud. Walking over, he shifted to canine form and left his signature bite mark on his victim's arm. With a satisfied smirk he shifted again, gathered the loot and headed back to the HQ.
It was beyond late and he had some sleep to catch up on. On his way back to the apartment he threw the bloody money into a sleeping beggar's pot. Not only did the homeless guy have better use for it than he, but now the police would have a new criminal to work with. Vuh was no new kid at this game. Back home, he got out something to drink, a bag of chips and sprawled out on the couch. It was too late to make something decent to eat. He'd take care of the food situation come morning. Right now he had to settle down and strategize.
It was the man with the dog again" whispered an old lady to her husband. "A bite mark on the arm! My sister saw it clear as day! There was a dart too, he'll be useless now... that poor Sidney, I don't how she is going to deal with it. Their children so young too. What a shame." Vuh snickered to himself, the only shame was that Donason hadn't kept his side of the bargain. He should have known better than to mess with Svithin in the first place. He listened on to the whispered chatter as he made his way along the side of the room towards the exit. "I can't help but wonder who it could be" whispered another woman, "I bet it's that new accountant, I heard he has a big dog too. The police are investigating this very minute as we speak!" Content that someone else was getting the blame Vuh headed back toward home, stopping only once along the way.
But the police found out it hadn't been the new accountant. Not only was his dog much too small to have matched the bite, he had only been in town for a couple of weeks. The last crime exactly like this had occurred a little over 6 months ago. Though the police suspected Svithin's involvement in the situation, none dared to bring it up, for Svithin was a powerful man and owned over half the town itself.
Back at his apartment Vuh got out some old maps, Svithin wouldn't like this at all but he didn't care. He'd been working non stop and needed a break. Shooting darts at people that make them not much more use than vegetables took it's toll on a man. Not to mention Svith needed him less and less anyways. Rumour had it there was a new kid in the gang, one with an exceptional background that Svith paid for himself. It wouldn't be surprising, The Boss had a knack for finding geniuses. It didn't bother Vuh any of course, he'd been doing most carry out work for the past while. It was getting routine, dull and boring. So, that he'd actually been to hear the gossip about one of his own victims. Not that he'd of went to anyone else's victims. Svith would have to realize he had more potential than this. He was the best in the business yet he was kept on the down-low. Vuh knew it was because he had no loyalties, and Svith knew that. But if he wanted to keep this mastermind on his side of the board game then he better get his act in motion. There was no way Vuh was gonna wait around after some twerp all day. He picked up his ready made suitcase, shoved the airline tickets in his pocket and headed out the door.
To be continued...
Dig yourself a shallow grave
Your life is not the legacy of honor you would dig six feet for
Broken is the way you came
And broken is the way that you will leave when everything is paid for
Make another hollow claim
A fable of regurgitated nothing we could tear wide open
False in every possible way
Now you bleed for the lord of hate that you stole from the pages of truth
And separate the product from its own account, to a birth of inferior view
Black reign is all in dream
Your truth is absolution's end
Dead is the way you stake your life on
The oblivious belief
What a waste to sell your spirit for
