--"When I look to the sky, I feel like anything can happen. The sky is so expansive that even with my view from down here, I feel like I can be up there. Up, where I can touch the stars and up, where I can grasp my goal. One day it'll happen as long as the sky stays high above my head."--

-Constantly adorns green hair clips on left side of hair.
Quad vs. Anthro vs. Humanoid?
I know it may seem confusing, but Veyle is generally a humanoid or human. She can be drawn in anthro or quad, but that is an alternative drawing if anyone was interested (please, be interested).

I want to give everyone who drew me fan art, gift art, trade art, and what not a BIG HUGE HUG to say Thank you, I really appreciate it!

Skin - has a high absorbency rate that soak up cold particles in the air making Veyle have low body temperatures. She keeps most of her body covered to prevent over-charging energy or else her laser beam can become a trigger-happy destructive machine with every hiccup or burp.
Patterns - on her back, joints, and face (white markings) are the main locations where her skin absorbs cold particles. This makes her extremely powerful and susceptible to over-charging whenever her body isn't covered up. During the summer, Veyle has little to worry about though because cold particles are difficult to find in hot weather.
What are cold particles? Cold particles are anything in the air such as snow or gases that are commonly found in the colder regions. Veyle can also absorb the condensation from a cold ice drink in the summer time and convert it into energy. Yeah, it gets a little confusing, but the main point is that the colder the weather is, the more charged the laser beam becomes!

Veyle claims she discovered her powers when she was in "kindergarten" however, in truth, no one knows. Veyle's past remains a mystery even to herself so, when questions arise about her past she simply says what she perceives is normal for people of superhero elite. Her family (2 parents and 1 sister) are all she wrote when she signed up for the job, but no one has ever seen them and Veyle has never mentioned them. When people ask she simply says, "They're busy" or "They're away." For all we know, Veyle is an alien from outer space with a history too great for our simple minds to handle.
*takes aisha ears*
Umm... give those back, please."

Since Veyle's 6th interview at the Neopian Defender's prospective defender's office (she failed the other 5), she's worked at their central office in Neopia Central. Here, she works doing miscellaneous jobs around the office such as delivering coffee, sorting mail, filing papers, making copies, answering client calls, and other odd jobs that may or may not be related to her goal of being a Neopian Defender. Often times, Veyle will be sent out on excursions - jobs that are for Neopian Defenders, but on the lower-end of the skill level. These include helping angelpuss's down from trees and finding lost warfs. Overall, Veyle isn't too happy with her interning situation, but she makes the most of it in hopes of finally achieving her main goal... to be the most awesomest, coolest, uber-macho, super-hero Neopia has ever seen. That's IF her boss allows...

The founders of Neopian Defenders - Judge Hog & friends - would promptly arrive at 8 o'clock sharp and give a "good workers, good citizens, great town" speech to uplift the masses of fearful/angry clients and their over-worked employees. As quickly as they arrived, the big bosses would leave with their groupie and it was business as usual.
At around 10 o'clock am, most of the general staff - Office workers who deal with clients on a 1:1 basis as well as through phone calls - go on a 30 minute lunch break in which Veyle and the other interns take over the simple daily tasks.
Oh yes, the other interns...

Name: Meirille Cinder
Position: Head staff of the policy department - handles business policy and works with clients to figure out insurance and other money matters.
Work-ethic: Drives the general staff force.
Ratings on work (1-5): Adequate - 3
Ratings on cooperation (1-5): Outstanding - 5
Ratings on friendliness (1-5): Good - 4
Reasons? Works well with staff and pushes the rhythm of the office. Cinder, or Cinders as she likes to be called, is a woman of high standards for her employees, but has difficulty applying the same rules to herself. Occasionally, she will slip-up or have trouble explaining things to the interns, but in general, she's a reliable character in a busy office environment.
Relation to Veyle: Veyle gives Cinders stress from time to time, but Cinders seems to cope without much trouble. Cinders may seem to be rough on Veyle, but often will call Veyle her, "younger self" when asked about Veyle. Cinders also keeps to herself and is sometimes difficult to understand. Perhaps, she is the same as Veyle?
Other interns... to be cont'd as Veyle's deeper plot. :)

One day, while cruising the internet I had an impulse to buy a pet (Oh no the Eizzil face!). While searching through the internet pets available I found a beautiful bird with a picture that looked like this:
