Why you joined TNP and why you love it so much : I joined TNP because I was tired of working on non-nr guilds with people who didn't take them seriously. I was also looking for something different. I joined as a member but I always wanted to be a part of the staff. I worked my way up the ladder and surpassed some of the staff Sunny had in the beginning. Now, a year later, I am happy that we have become something people enjoy, and I am proud to say that I was apart of making this guild amazing.
Description : A round-faced, brown haired, brown eyed girl, wearing orange and brown geometric framed glasses and braces with orange and blue bands. Five foot, five inches tall with average build. Always seen in her favorite outfit - black Paramore t-shirt, jeggings, and flip-flops. (I want Sunny to draw me).
Long-Term Projects
Maintain the guild avatar lending service.
Application, letter, invitation, and welcoming duties.
Altador Cup Challenge (priority).
1. Establish a Key Quest Bloc because
a) We have many guild members who play Key Quest.
b) The bloc can host challenges involving KQ.
c) Member info. can include playing times available, those willing to do alt. wins, and 2k+ games.
2. Work on TheSockmonger (petpage) because
a) It will have a 'full' history of TNP.
b) Our mascot needs to showcase his story and information.
c) Once the page is established the 'Sockmonger' can drop gifts to random visitors on the boards and friends.
3. Create/gather a series of workshops to be presented on the GC
a) Workshops will benefit our members as well as non-members.
b) Research will be conducted to determine important subjects and presenters/'experts' will be needed.
c) Can include information on stocks, KQ, Habi, and an open Q&A seminar for other special interest topics.
d) Can be a week-long or month-long event depending on the depth of the subjects being covered.

I redid my goals and added some explanatory notes as to what I need to do to complete them, and things I wanted to remember. My gameplan is now steps to completing the first 'phases' of each of my goals, except for step one, which is in an "implementation" mode, and step 5 which is just a reminder for future plans. (: I will update this section as I complete steps. Steps don't have to be completed in order but initial steps should be completed for each goal before moving on to subsequent steps for goals... I think this only makes sense to myself... *unsure* ANYWAYS, previous progress reports don't align with the new goal and game plan system, so don't worry if they confuse you.

The past fortnight has been pretty busy but I have some progress to announce.
1. the avatar lending page is completely updated with everything I had information for. Pern has also expressed interest in lending pets/petpets so we will soon see what else is in store for lending!
2. I have done much better these last few weeks with keeping up with my duties as a member of staff. I hope to continue to work on getting applications sorted quickly and that each member is welcomed spectacularly!
3. the Altador Cup has begun and so has the guild challenge. I am happy to say that I've completed my fourth goal! Now let's see how well I do with keeping up-to-date with it!
4. Lastly I am still working out things for the Sockmonger page. I want to create some nice CSS to go on the page but until then I am diligently working on the content behind the scenes! (:

I have begun working on a guild challenge page for the Altador Cup. We are currently in signup mode for our guild cup and we are setting goals for the rank we wish to achieve. I have also begun to gather more information for lending purposes and hope to get the lending page back up to date though it isn't getting much use.
I am still on track with my ongoing project with the upkeep of the guild and I am happy to report that I will be completing goal four with the start of the guild Altador Cup Challenge. I am going to petition the guild for workshop ideas that they would like to see.

Goals have been made and I have begun to work on completing them. Initial progress will be slow because next week is my exam week. After that progress should be exponentially faster. The current dates are very generic so they will be updated and may change.
The AC Challenge content and maintenance for the duration of the Neopets Altador Cup event.
