Gearoes was originally created after AC V to honor the Neopians who played for Moltara that same year. It was also designed so that everyone's hard work would have been paid off one way or another, if that was by name mention or by a graphic award.

Another big part of mailers was everyone who decided to help send them. Without every single one of you helping, Niku might have run the risk of getting silenced before they were all sent (Not that I care about being silenced, I just care about getting them all sent) , and they would have been out late as well.
This year, a total of approximately 3,014 mailers were sent! 1,105 of those mailers were sent by the people below on the list, and the remaining 1,909 were sent by Niku herself. *cough*

Thank you so much Yori for taking the entire day to put every single Moltarian's stats in a spreadsheet so that it was 500% easier to find every single MVP and all the winners of the various awards! Manually finding each MVP would have taken maybe a day; the spreadsheet reduced time to about 1 1/2 hrs!

Thank you everyone who sent mailers for volunteering to do so! I think I've said this a ton of times already, but really, I am truly grateful. It was because of you guys that we were able to cut the mailer sending time in half almost every single day (It would have roughly taken me an hour each day to send each one by myself) , and everyone was able to get their mailers on time, so I thank you a thousand times over for this!
And last, but not least, thank you every single person who played for Moltara this year! It takes a good team to pull off a project like #MtRecovery2k12, and it was this year that I realized we aren't a good team - We are a great team. I don't think any team other than Moltara could have run something like #MtRecovery2k12 as cleanly and as successfully as we did, and it was the work of everyone who played for Moltara this year that made this project successful! Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times over for making this entire thing possible, and for making Moltara a team to truly be proud of.
... We did it guys. We actually did it. We got out of last place! And not just that, but we hit 15th place as well! This was the greatest Altador Cup Moltara has ever seen, and you guys were the reason for it. Nobody else decided that Moltara would do well this year; you did. Your efforts have finally paid off! I thank all of you for one of the best Altador Cup Seasons I have ever had, and I look forward to seeing you all again in AC VIII. :)

One of the biggest reasons a team does well is because of motivation. It's the will to keep going, to keep fighting, and to never give up and keep playing that helps the team as a whole do it's very best. One of the other biggest parts of keeping Moltara's spirits high is through keeping score on the boards. This score gives us a rough estimate of how we're doing, and it also helps to motivate one another to work together and play games to break goals. Moltarian Mailman
One of the biggest changes to Moltara through #MtRecovery2k12 was the addition of Mailers. Niku was Moltara's first ever Postmaster, and mailers were sent every day from Day 1 to Day 12. After some problems with the people in charge, mailers were re-introduced on Day 15 and were sent to everyone not a member of the Golden GEARS guild.Another big part of mailers was everyone who decided to help send them. Playing Yooyuball is one thing; Scoring goals is another. It was because of you guys that we were able to cut the mailer sending time in half almost every single day (It would have roughly taken me an hour each day to send each one by myself) , and everyone was able to get their mailers on time, so I thank you a thousand times over for this!
And last, but not least, thank you every single person who played for Moltara this year! It takes a good team to pull off a project like #MtRecovery2k12, and it was this year that I realized we aren't a good team - We are a great team. I don't think any team other than Moltara could have run something like #MtRecovery2k12 as cleanly and as successfully as we did, and it was the work of everyone who played for Moltara this year that made this project successful! Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times over for making this entire thing possible, and for making Moltara a team to truly be proud of.
... We did it guys. We actually did it. We got out of last place! And not just that, but we hit 15th place as well! This was the greatest Altador Cup Moltara has ever seen, and you guys were the reason for it. Nobody else decided that Moltara would do well this year; you did. Your efforts have finally paid off! I thank all of you for one of the best Altador Cup Seasons I have ever had, and I look forward to seeing you all again in AC VIII. :)
