Hey there, guest! Welcome to the Trash Collector Program! I'm Nessa!

The basic idea of this site is to lessen trash in the Trading Post, user-shops, the Second-Hand Shoppe and most of all, The Money Tree. To do that, we discard junk, not donate it. "That will never work!" you might say. Maybe it won't. But hey, we want to try.

Why do we want to clean up Neopia? Well! Why not? Who wants to see junk everywhere? The Money Tree used to be a place where unwanted items went. Not items that nobody wants. So guest, what do you think? Will you help us?

Tips on cleaning Neopia

How do I clean up Neopia?

You could try using Shop Wizard to buy junk, then discard it! I like to go to the Money Tree, discard the junk I get and re-donate the good items. You can only get 10 items a day but it's worth it. Same goes for the Second-Hand Shoppe.

You can also set up your own junk trades! (Also called Project Trades). Set up some trades with some good items such as jellies, omelettes or anything else useful. In the wishlist, put that you want a certain number of items of junk in return. That's it! You could even sign up to be a Trash Collector Helper and sponser this campaign!

Rules

Read Carefully

If you're going to join, then you need to be ready and willing to obey all of the rules.

Rules:

• 1. No begging for items. No begging for items when using the Trash Collector name.
  
• 2. No harassment of any kind. This includes telling Nessa how her plan is horrible and how badly it won't work. Don't even waste your time.
  
• 3. Do NOT copy anything on this page for your own use without first asking Nessa and getting her permission. Never claim to have created or own this page. Use the premade trade wishlists.
  
• 4. If you're a "Trash Collector Helper," have at least one Trash Collector trade up at all times. (You may have more, but please make sure you at least have one up). If you fail to do this, I will most likely remove you. I am VERY strict about this.
  
• 5. Do not use the Trash Collector name unless you've been approved.

This site is NOT trying to copy Project: Clean Up Neopia!
I don't want anyone to think I am trying to. I am affiliated with Project: Clean Up Neopia. The TC Program is simply a way to get involved with cleaning up Neopia without having to join a guild if you can't or don't want to.

Got Questions?

Q. Am I allowed to offer non-junk items?
A. Offer whatever you'd like. Items that aren't discarded are either put in my shop for a cheap price, donated or are used to start new trades. If your trade is rejected, don't worry! Keep offering! (But make sure you are offering the correct amount of items and not abusing the system!)

Q. Why aren't there very many fish in the Items Considered Junk list?
A. Most fish are edible or are toys. For Newbies its easy food/toys. They are useful, even if they're only worth 1Np.

Q. Why do I have to be approved to be a helper and how does someone get approved?
A. I've had too many people sign up, then forget all about the program. To get approved, send in a form. I base whether you should be approved or not by many things. But I don't want to list those things here. ;)

Q.Why are there *'s beside some TC Helpers?
A. That is a secret...
