The site Toxic Splash is closed because it was becoming very inactive. It was really hard for me to own 2 sites along with alot of school work. So I'm only owning Lifting Memories and Katrina is becoming more focused on her guild. I am also closing the Toxic Splash Reviews site. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Toxic Splash might open this summer, but the name will be changed. It depends on if I want to and if Katrina wants to. Then we will be looking for applications if we do re-open the site.
