About Specıfıcs

Specıfıcs is a the place you go to have your complicated dreamies listed. Whether you want an unclothed male royalgirl Pteri, a multi-painted pet, a pet with a certain type of name, if you want something even more specific, this is the place for you.

Most dreamie lists limit you to colour, species, gender, name-type, and clothing. This can seriously limit your options, and can prevent you from asking for your real dreamie. Here at Specıfıcs, there are no limits. You can be as exact (or inexact) as you like! You can even ask for a pet that cannot be obtained from the Lab Ray (Royals, UCs, etc.); although, be aware that it's far less likely that you will actually receive them.

There is nothing wrong with gifting pets to people who are seeking them, even if you are not part of the Specıfıcs family (*cough* which, right this minute, consists of me and me alone *cough* if you would like to change that, please see the note at the end of the Rules and Submissions page for more information. *cough*). Please, look through the list and grant any wishes you can. Just make sure you neomail cany230 with any changes that need to be made to the list.

Rules

When submitting your dream pets to be listed, please include the following information:

1. Species - The species of your dream pet.
2. Colour - The colour of your dream pet.
3. Gender - The gender of your dream pet (if it's important to you).
4. Clothing - Whether your pet has to have the paintbrush clothing or not. You may also state if you prefer your pet to be unclothed.
5. Name - This one is pretty ambiguous. I need to know if (1) the name doesn't matter to you, (2) it has to be WN (please specify what you consider WN), (3) it has to be of a certain nationality, (4) if it has to be a RW or RN, (5) it has to be a certain RN (specify if the spelling can be...creative or it has to be exact, and how creative the spelling can be), or (6) you have some other name specification that I have yet to mention.
6. BD stats - If it needs to be a BD pet, OR it has to have a certain level/HSD.
7. Any other information - Any other specifications that I have yet to mention here.

There are three ways you can label each specification.

1. Not Important (NI)
2. If Possible (IP)
3. Not Compromisable (NC)

If there is a certain characteristic that you really don't care about, list it as "NI." If there's a characteristic that you would like the pet to have, but it isn't absolutely necessary, list it as "IP." And if there is a certain characteristic that your dream pet must have, no matter what, list it as "NC.

It will help your chances of actually receiving your pet if you have few "NC" requirements but many "IP" requirements. You cannot be excluded by "IP" requirements that don't match the pet being gifted, but you can be included if the pet does match a characteristic that is listed as "NI" by another person.

Submission Form

Once you've decided on the characteristics you want to list, neomail cany230 with a completed copy of the submission form below with the Subject "Specifics Dream Pet(s)." I will reply and add your name as soon as I can (probably within a day or two).

Please Note: As of right now, I am the only person giving/zapping pets. I hope that this is going to change soon, but at the moment, I cannot gift many dreamies. I only have one Secret Laboratory Map, so that does not give me a lot of options. I do look through pets who are stuck in the pound on a weekly basis, but I do not have any room on any of my five accounts for me to adopt rare pets to keep them safe. Name:The name of any chapter from one of the Harry Potter books (see my Peophin, -no_passing_of_links_via_a_link- TheBattleOfHogwarts.) Species/Colour: If possible, something related to the chapter, even if only vaguely. (TheForestAgain is a silver Peophin and is wearing Branched Antlers so from the waist up she looks kind of like a stag Patronus, TheBattleOfHogwarts is a Halloween Zafara, making him look kind of like a Death Eater). This is not necessary, as I can morph and paint the pet myself (unless you would prefer that I don't change it). GenderIf they are designed to look like a certain character/type of character/magical creature, I would like them to be the gender of said character/type of character/magical creature. But this, also, is not necessary, seeing as I broke that rule myself when I created TheForestAgain as a female. (And, before you say that types of characters and magical creatures aren't specific enough to have a set gender, I'll point out that some of them are gender specific, like Veela.) ClothingIf they are painted to look like a something specific and the paint brush clothing adds to that look, then I want it, if possible. This is not necessary, either, as I can repaint the pet to get the clothing, if I want it badly enough. BD StatsThis the highest up on the list of unnecessary things, but if the chapter the pet is named after contains an action scene, I would kind of like for the pet to be at least a little bit trained/leveled up. Even if it's only to level two. But this is definitely unnecessary, as I'm probably not going to actually battle with it, and I can train it myself Other Information:I'm starting a collection (collection doesn't seem like the right word…it makes it seem like I don't love them; I do) of pets with HP chapter names, so I just thought I'd include it here. If anyone else is starting a collection of pets with a certain kind of name/some other collection of pets that is not species specific, I will gladly add you to this section!	cany230
