How to use this site
The Neo Project is a public, all-participants-welcome collaborative site for those interested in CSS/graphic design, as well as goal setting, writing, art and all other creative disciplines. Users may choose to utilize our codes for their own personal goals and creative displays, rate the top CSS/Graphic portfolio designs, as well as discuss their goals/ideas on the message boards and participate in events via The Neo Project Guild.Features
Premade Portfolio CodesOur CSS-based premade portfolio codes are available to all neopians. They can be used in a variety of ways, including but not limited to: goal-tracker, wishlist, art gallery, lab log, screenshot display, blog/journal & more!
Archive
All neopians who use our codes are invited to display their portfolio in the archive, as well as browse and rate the portfolios of others. Top rated, frequently updated portfolios are displayed first.
Guild
The Neo Project guild offers a public forum for neopians to come and discuss their goals, participate in events and enjoy some humor and silliness. The guild focuses on helping you develop your portfolio, whatever your creative interests may be.
Reviews
We encourage guild members to review their favorite portfolios--by joining the guild, you have the opportunity to write reviews and/or have your portfolio reviewed by others. Categories include: humor/entertainment, writing, art, css/graphic design, high achievement & more.

Who are we?
Initially, The Neo Project was designed to be a group of anonymous givers who would dedicate their time to reaching out to the neopian community. In order to do this, the idea of a portfolio was born.Not only do portfolios allow you to write down all your goals and accomplishments, they also double as a blog, a record keeper, a creative display and anything else you can think of! Your portfolio is your own personal file and tool--use it in a way that benefits you the most.
By creating a portfolio, you are giving everyone who visits the site a chance to get to know you, learn from your experiences and potentially lend you a helping hand.
The Neo Project is designed to showcase the finest creative, hard-working and hilarious neopians by displaying their portfolios here--your portfolio is your mark of workmanship: a way to show your talents and interests to all of Neopia!

Rules
1. The Neo Project is not a contest, raffle, giveaway or a way to make neopoints. We abide by all Neopets Terms and Conditions and do not condone anything that deviates from such.2. The Neo Project would never ask participants to pay neopoints or items in exchange for anything offered on the site. We are more than happy to help Project members without expecting anything in return.
3. The site is designed to showcase the fine achievements of our fellow neopians--it is never okay to pester, spam or beg anyone for items, neopoints, graphic/art requests, etc.
4. Do not steal. Period. This includes content, graphics and/or coding. If you copy and paste anything from a page--it is theft and you will be reported. If you read this rule, click on the last heart to proceed to the next section.
5. If you receive help from someone towards a goal or dream and feel the need to repay us, pay it forward! Help another neopian in need and pass on the kindness.

Portfolios
Your portfolio is a place for growth, creativity, and personal use.Do you have to set goals? No! The default codes are just there as a starting point. If you want to use your portfolio for something else, do that! It can be a lab log, a screenshot chronicle, a guide, a list, whatever you want.
Do you have to keep the original coding? No! Feel free to change the colors, add images, swap fonts, etc. However, please do keep a link back to us unless your portfolio is 100% original.

Blocs are, by definition, a group of persons, businesses, etc., united for a particular purpose.Think about your personal interests on Neo, your pet peeves, what you particularly like, etc. Come up with an idea for a bloc.
If you are willing to make a commitment to host regular activities/updates for your bloc (for example, dream pets, avatar collectors, wishlists, gamers etc.) then your bloc will require a petpage. It needs to include:
- the name of your bloc
- what your bloc does
- how to join
- etc, etc, etc!
