I created this site to give sites created in Neopets constructive criticism and some advice for them to be able to improve their sites. I'm also here to give my opinion. ;]
Take note of this. I've read a lot of review sites, and I don't really think they give out marks that sites deserve. I won't easily give a high grade, but I am fair in judging. If you deserve it, then I'll give it to you. ;]

2. All the content of your site must be YOURS. This means that you can't have a site that redistributes content of another site or those you just got from photobucket.

4. PLEASE ACCEPT MY OPINION. It is my opinion. I never said it was a fact. Please accept it and move on. Take it as a blessing. You may finally be able to improve!

Five simple rules. Easy to follow, right?
Layout - 20 : The layout is like the face of your website. I will check from how the graphics were done to every bit of the coding. Do the colors match? Does the CSS go with layout? Or is it an image with flashing neon lights that will burn my eyes? Most important of all is IF YOU MADE THAT LAYOUT.
Content - 25 : Now, why would anyone go to a site if it doesn't have any content? And if it really does have content, are these of good quality? Or are they just crappy-looking images you got off Photobucket?
Creativity - 10 : Alright. You do have content. BUT do they all look the same? Did you just change colors to make a lot of these things? You have to be creative with your site and not use one thing over and over. Your site has to offer a VARIETY of content.
Organization - 10 : It gets really annoying when you're in a site which has an awful LOT of things and NO navigation at all. Also, is your page cluttered? Are the content arranged in a certain way? Or are they just copied and pasted into the page?
Grammar - 5 : Grammar and spelling matters. It makes other people understand your site more. It makes it look more professional too. Besides, who would want to go to a site which makes your head hurt just by reading a short sentence.
Updates - 5 : Who would want to visit a site whose last update was a few months, or even years, ago? Update frequently and keep your updates neat and organized.
Overall Grade - 15 : This would be what your site is altogether. It's everything from the time I entered your site 'til the time I leave. Would I bookmark it? Or would I just ignore it? Is it a great site? Will it go far? or will it crash and burn in its course? Would it have a lasting impression on its visitors or not?

First Impression - 4/10 : Oh no! Another one of these? That was what run through my head the first time I entered your site. I guess that explains all I want to say.
Layout - 3/20 : Well, first off, you used a base from another graphics site. Considering you OWN a graphics site, I expected that you knew how to make graphics from scratch. And even if you did use a base, you would do a wonderful job editing. But then, I guess I expected wrong. The header is really messy. You just pasted a lot of Christmas pets over a background from innocensefashion. You didn't even cut them well. There are still white things on the images. Also, you simle ut text on the image. You didn't even consider if it went well with the image, and you didn't even match the colors. And at the bottom of your site, I saw this: This layout was made from Live Laugh Love Layouts Click here for your own!. Now, I thought you owned a graphics site. You should be capable of making and coding your own layout. ;]
Content - 5/25 : Again, paint. Your content seems to have been done in Paint. And even though Paint is a graphics program, it does produce images of the lowest quality. But even if you do have an expensive graphics program, you have to learn to use it to make graphics with great quality. Also, I want to remind you of cutting your images properly as there are white bits around them. I really think that this makes the images so messy. And I really want you to remember to match you font and colors. Sorry, but these are the graphics that I would never really use. ;[
Creativity - 3/10 : I think you could do more on you graphics. There's a lot of space for improvement. And I think you should use it. There are a lot of tutorials on the web you can use. And if you don't have a graphics program, you can always download freeware.
Organization - 2/10 : Your site is REALLY messy. First, you don't have a site navigation. You have to scroll all the way down just to get to whatever graphics you want to use. Also, the headers are really gonna give you a migraine. And yes, they are the same. But they're of different sizes! Some of your image links still have borders, and they're not very pretty. ;[ Also, the way you present you graphics is really unorganized. You should put each kind of graphic in a scrollbox to shorten the page.
Grammar - 5/5 :I didn't spot any grammatical errors. ;]
Updates - 0/5 : You don't gave any updates. D; There is a really big chance that people will think of this as a dead site as they don't see you updating or changing the site.
Overall Grade - 5/15 : Your site is just another one of those graphics sites that really don't have what it takes. I think you should take the time to improve. Then just do your best. ;]

First Impression - 5/10 : I was like, this is another one of those sites some random people create. It didn't really grab any of my attention. The colors were very plain and mismatched. And the site looks amateur.
Layout - 7/20 : Again, it's a paint layout. I bet you used a glitter generator for the text then pasted some flowers unto the image. Then you bordered it with flowers. I think you should go look for tutorials about making graphics. They really help if you're just beggining. Even if you say that you don't own a graphics site, owning a site would mean experience and knowledge about web design. I was about to give a higher score for the css but I noticed that it was familiar. I think the CSS is really generic and could use a little spicing up. It's a bit plain and you should go for more color. Try to match the CSS with your layout too.
Content - 24/25 : You have so much pets listed in your directory. :) That's really good. :D But the thing is, do the owner of these pets know that they're actually listed? It'd be just weird to visit a directory and find your pet listed there without you knowing. o.0
Creativity - 5/10 : Well, since you don't really own a graphics site, then I guess your creativity will be about your presentation. All I could say is that you don't present your links very well. They're in list form. They're in a plain, long list of links. And you keep scrolling and see nothing but text. I think you should present these lists in a more creative way. What I mean is, why not try spicing up your links? Like making them like boxes like my navigation up there? :] There are a lot of ways you could be creative. Just use CSS and some images!
Organization - 5/10 : What I really don't like about how you organize those pets are that they are in scrollboxes, but not all of them are. And I think that you should just put one pet and all the names of those pets in each scrollbox. Or better yet, don't use these and use tables instead. ;]
Grammar - 5/5 : I didn't spot any grammatical errors. ;]
Updates - 3/5 : You do have updates but they aren't really organized. I think the newest update should be on top and they should be in a scrollbox since they are gonna flood the page once you put a whole lot of updates.
Overall Grade - 8/15 : Sorry, but I don't really think your site has good quality. It does have good quantity, but it's a bit messed up. It's really disorganized. And it would just give visitors a haedache when they visit it.

First Impression - 5/10 : Your site doesn't really catch interest. When you open it.. It's like, okay. It's a website. But what more? You really don't grab the attention of your visitors.
Layout - 5/20 : The layout seems as if it was done on paint. Copy-paste brushes. Some text. I don't really see any work on it. Seriously. The 5 I gave you is for the CSS. I like the navigation. [: And your coding is really clean. Though the rest of your layout, well. I guess you need a LOT of improvement.
Content - 5/25 : DDDDD; The boxes of your graphics seem like they were just made in paint. And they don't even for straight lines!! Let's have this example:
ALL your graphics really do seem as if they were made in Paint. And an animation program. It's like you paint a background and throw in some images, type some text, and that's it! I think you have a LOT to improve. If I were to rate your graphics, I'd rate it a 2 out of possible 10.
Creativity - 6/10 : I think you can do a lot more with your graphics. There's always space for improvement. [[:
Organization - 6/10 : Since you have an off-neo site, I think it would be best if you put your buttons on a separate page. It would make the site look cleaner. And when you go to the pages of your content, your presentation is really messy. Even the sub-navigation if messy. I think you should try to organize things.
Originality - 2/5 : First of all, let me quote you.
I dont know who made it, but if they would contact us,
then we would put their name here.
How would something not made by you make your site original? I think you should remove all of these and try to make content of your own. ;]]
Grammar - 5/5 : I didn't find grammatical errors, though.
Updates - 4/5 : You have a blog on the front page, but you also have an update box on the same page. I think you should just compile all these entries.
Site Stuff - 5/5 : You have a lot of buttons. [: And also, you're complete with your wall of shame, rules, and all those other things. :]
Would I want to come back? - 1/5 : I don't think I'd use any of your content. :[

First Impression - 6/10 : It was.. Dark. Plain.
Layout - 2/20 : I give you two for the CSS, probably. And all those things on the layout. First off, the layout isn't yours. It may be a custom, but still, it wasn't you who made it. It was made at a request site. I wouldv'e understood if a REALLY CLOSE FRIEND made it. But since it was requested. Err..
Content - 15/25 : The buttons.. They seem like you just paste and image, put text and border them. Yes, I do know buttons are that simple to make, but what about doing more things to beautify each button? The adoptables are really cute, though! [[: I think this is your strong point. You should develop this and add more!
Creativity - 5/10 : You have content. But there are like less than 10 of them. It's really not that good to have a site with really little content and variety..
Organization - 6/10 : I just hate how the content of the leftmost sidebar changes on every page. All of them should be the same. And also, your updates box differ in some pages.
Originality - 3/5 : Um, not that original. Though it's nice how you made four different services in just one site. ;]
Grammar - 5/5 : I didn't find any errors. ;] That's great!
Updates - 5/5 : You've been updating a lot since you started doing the site. That's also great. ;D
Site Stuff - 4/5 : You have buttons. But you didn't make them. And besides, your affies aren't on every page. :c
Would I want to come back? - 3/5 : I would come back only if there were more adoptables. ;]
COMMENTS : Since your site is new, I guess it's okay. Just work on those weaknesses and you're bound to have a great site! [:

First Impression - 8/10 : The CSS is amazing! I just absolutely loved your site the moment I saw it. ;o
Layout - 20/20 : The colors are very pleasing to the eyes. ;] Everything looks great and it's really neat. ;]
Content - 25/25 : There were like over 64 petpages. ;O Enough said.
Creativity - 10/10 : There are a LOT of CSS available for use. And the good part is, you have different ones! You don't just do one style in different colors. :D And these petpages really have GREAT quality!
Organization - 10/10 : Everything's organized and easy to find. ;] They're also classified into their kinds. ;]
Originality - 5/5 : Your CSS is really like no other. ;o I've been to this site and I just keep coming back. I couldn't find anyone with your talent. :D
Grammar - 4/5 : No capitalization. ;]] That's it.
Updates - 5/5 : The updates are really simple and straight to the point. :]]
Site Stuff - 5/5 : You have cute buttons. ;p And affies that I think are really your friends. ;] And that's really good.
Would I want to come back? - 5/5 : I definitely would. And I would definitely want to use one of those premades. ;o

First Impression - 9/10 : First time I saw your site, I really liked it. ;D The colors are just lovely. It's pleasing to the eyes, and it's really attractive! Also, I really liked your site's introduction: why it's named The Faerie Compass. It's really cute!
Layout - 16/20 : The CSS is really cute. :* And as I said, the colors are really nice! ;D It's only that your main image isn't blended that well. ;o It doesn't really look like it's been worked on for a long time. Sorry.
Content - 20/25 : There are a few broken links in your directory. And some pages have already been deleted. ;o Here they are:

Organization - 10/10 : I believe everything is organized. You have navigation and it's good that you have 'back to top' buttons. ;] And it's also good that you have subcategories for each category to keep everything neat.
Originality - 4/5 : Your site stands out from all other review sites. ;]
Grammar - 3/5 I found some errors:
1. I'm clearly aware that there are some problems with some of the images in the link back buttons and the awards section right now and i'm rally sorry about that!
