Rules

(I will refer to a singular pets as she, because I have mostly female fosters and do not want to say he/she)

1. Send all neomails to my main account, _angelofthesky_.
2. You must have had your account for at least 4 months, but if you are an exceptional applicant, I may be willing to wait for your account to be that old.
3. You must include pledge of good ownership in your neomail, shop, or look-up.
4. Be honest and upfront in your application.
5. You must have a well thought out application that answers the questions below. (e.g. plezzzz let me adopt ur foster! ill take relly good care of it! will NOT work).
6. You must NOT offer me any items, NP, another pet, or anything else in exchange.
7. You must understand that applying is not a guarantee that you'll get the pet.
8. You must have the "key prase" somewhere in your application. The key phrase is: Flouds are cute.
10. You must have read the rules (that is what the key phrase is for!)
11. And finally, though this isn't really a rule, if you are rude, demanding, or don't follow the rules, I reserve the right to ignore your application entirely.

What the applicant/application does not need to be:

1. You do not need to make me a fancy petpage application with tons of drawings and role-playing. (you are welcome to do so, but in some ways prefer a good Neomail application from a qualified applicant.)
2. You don't have to be rich, with all expensively painted pets with U/B petpets.
3. You don't have to be a master of html/css/art. Goodness knows I'm not.

What I would I like to see in an application/applicant:

1. That you followed the rules
2. That you care for your current Neopets.
3. You put effort into the application. This can include a grammatically correct Neomail following guidelines below. It can also be a petpage, however simple or fancy, with the same thing.

Content requirements:

1. Explain why you want her
2. Tell me your plans for her future. Which account will she be on? What will her petpet be? Etc.
3. Tell me about yourself and list all your accounts. How long have you been on Neopets? Have you ever been frozen? Have you have ever/do you currently trade pets? What do you like to do when you on Neopets?
4. You are welcome to include a little about your current pets as well.

The Pledge of Good Ownership

f I am chosen, I,___(your name)___, pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet,___(pet's name)___. I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again."
