~ Guild Rules ~
I. Adults ONLY (21+) with an account of 6 months or older.

II. All new members will be subject to a one-week trial-period to make sure you are right for us AND that we are the right guild for you.
III. Please be kind, courteous and respectful to ALL fellow guild members.
Should a disagreement occur between members, please take it to neomail or elsewhere and work it out rationally there, the message board is not the place for this. The message board is where we congregate to ENJOY each other's company and help each other with the various aspects of the game. This will help assure our guild stays as "drama free" as possible.

IV. This guild does NOT require any donations to be a member. Should you want to voluntarily contribute to guild finances however, please do so through frequenting the guild store, bidding on a guild trade, or by donating items.

V. We appreciate your participation on the message board because it is the main way we keep the guild alive and active. You are free to chat or just pop in to say "hello".

We do require a minimum of 30 posts in the first month so that members may get to know you and vice-versa. This amounts to one post per day and should be easily accomplished.

After that, one post per week is all that is required to remain an active member, eligible for giveaways and activities. Members who are inactive for one month will be notified of their inactivity, and given one week to notify Council that they do wish to remain an active member of the Guild and post or they will be suspended and notified via neomail. If we do not hear from you for another week beyond suspension, you will be deleted from the Guild. We think this is fairly reasonable and should not take more than a few moments of your neo-time to drop in once a week or every couple of weeks and let us know what you are up to.

Anyone deleted for inactivity is more than welcome to return should they become active again. We do understand that real life can at times be overwhelming and drag you away, ie: illnesses, vacations, family problems, etc. A neomail explaining the reason for your inactivity would be appreciated and also keep you from being suspended/deleted.

VI. Last, but certainly not least...we do absolutely DEMAND and REQUIRE you adhere to this rule as often as is humanly possible: HAVE FUN!! This is a game, after all.

Ranking System
The following table shows the length of membership and number of posts required to achieve each rank. Obviously, we do require these posts be actual posts, ie. posting a few dailies, throwing in a drive-by post or two about your day, or engaging in chat, etc. Please do not just ramble on, post after post about absolutely nothing for the sole purpose of driving your numbers up.

All final decisions regarding this guild will be made with a simple vote by council members, majority rules. The removal and blocking of members will not be carried out without notification of, and input from all five council members. A council member may suspend a member however, should they find they are violating guild rules. Remaining council will then be notified and a vote to either suspend or reinstate member will take place.

Council Requirements
Should a council member resign or be relieved of their position, other members are encouraged to apply for council.

New council members will be decided upon by majority vote of the remaining council members. Preference will be given to the more active and visible members of the guild.

In the event of a tie, the position will be awarded to the member who has been with the guild for the longest amount of time.

Assist in the the running of Guild activities when necessary.

Discuss and register a vote on guild business when necessary.

Council Privileges
Council members will get a say and vote in all council matters.

Council members will get to choose their rank as a council privilege.

Council members will have full administrative privileges as long as they use them prudently.

Should a member abuse an administrative privilege, it may be revoked by vote of the remainder of the council.
