Intro
A cold breeze whistled through the dead silence of the Forgotten Woods. These woods are known to escape the lives of many who wander through, thus the name 'Forgotten'. You are in this situation. Sent out to find some food for your family, you took a wrong turn and ended up here. Dusk was quickly turning into the pitch black night, you just had the flashlight to aid you. "I need to find someone here quick..." stammering, you trip over something, something...soft? "Great I'm so lost I ended up somewhere where rocks are soft." There was a cough. "I'm not really..what you'd call a rock." "Well..what are you, a lupe?" You couldn't tell, it was so dark out. Teak hesitated. "Yeah, I'm a lupe,uh, a small lupe." He lied. "Watch where you're going next time, would you? These woods are dangerous." "How do I get out?" Teak fished around for a piece of paper, and threw it at you. They were suposed to be directions, but instead you got something much different...

History

For generations and generations, the Hirishu clan lived in peace. One day, a stranger, just a kit, looked about 2, had wondered in the clan. He was well scratched up, and looked very hungry as if he was traveling for days. He looked quite different from the Hirishu clan. "Should we?" The Alpha female asked. "Sure, why not. He can be one of our own." The Alpha male said. The little kit had stayed quiet the night he was found. There were many questions being asked...such as, "What's your name?" "Where's your family?" "What happened, how'd you end up here?" The two alpha's desided to name him Teak.

Teak was always the one to stay in the shadows of the forest and just watch the other kids play. He noticed....a path just close by and desided to take a walk. About 15 minutes later, he came by a sparkling pond. It looked untouched with lush green grasses and trees. "TEAK WHERE ARE YOU!?" a faint voice in the distance. Teak raced back home. "Where were you?!" His clan mother was in rage. "I..I just took a walk." he lied. "Well, don't go alone ever again." Being the antisocial type, he grunted thinking 'Yeah right I'm not going with any of them.

The shadows and silence of the night masked Teak as he disobeyed his mother and ran off to see that pond again. The water sparkled a bright purple and blue as the moon hit it just right. A rustle in the bushes spooked Teak back to his den. "Maybe I should stay at home when it's nighttime and wait until the morning..." he said quietly to himself as he crept back home.

The next morning there was a discussion with the clan. "Something has come up." The alpha male sputtered. "In the middle of the night, other Xweetoks are trying to invade our territory. No one is aloud out of their homes at night." Teak instantly remembered the noises he had heard last night. The female asked, "Who has been leaving at night? I know one of you has." She glared at Teak. He folded his ears back, wondering how she knew. "Especially you, Mr.Sneaky." "But I didn't! You're thinking of someone else." Teak added quickly hoping she'd buy it.
