Welcome, guest, to my app for the darling Sokkeia! Hey there! I'm Renegade, or renegade95cheerer. I have fallen in love with Sokkeia! You're probably Lia, here for my app. Or maybe you're a random visitor, or someone to rate, or just checking out the competition. (Yes, I see you over there.) Naw, just kiddin'. :)
Anyway, this application is told from Keia's (My nickname for her ^^) perspective, but you'll see. I truly hope you enjoy my app and that it shows you what I would do with Sokkeia- I don't make faulty promises. So enjoy the app!

Meeting Sokkeia

a devestated creature...

You walk along the beach, looking down at the crystal water. You see several little aquatic petpets darting through the water and scuttling along the sand. The wind made a relaxing sound as it seeped through the palm tree's leaves and surrounded you, makin gyour hair wave ever so gently in the wind.
Lost in it all, you don't see an oncoming hole in the sand where some small Neopets must have been digging a fort. You trip and fall, landing face-first in the sand. A huge wave then rears up, and splashes right over you with tremendous force. Great, you think. Juuuust great. You're soaking wet and can't get all the sand out of your mouth.
From the corner of your eye, you see a small purple creature, hidden behind the palm trees. But once you lock eyes with the small critter, it scurries off.
Strange, you think. You also decide that you should probably get up now. You put the palms of your hands against the hot sand and push, trying to get up. But a searing pain shoots down through your leg, targeting at your ankle. You writh in pain as you twist yourself over and let out a small whimper. You've sprained your ankle, you can't get up on your own.
You look and there the purple creature is again. You can't tell what kind of Neopet it is, but it has a large heart patch over its right eye. It also has square patches all over it, with smaller hearts dotted across its purple fur. A plushie pet, you think. You wish that it would come and help, but it runs off again.
Frusterated, you rest your head on the sand, close your eyers, and sigh. The water slowly laps at your ankle, and it still hurts.
Suddenly, you feel very light breathing over you. Someone's here.
Your eyes shoot open and you see that it's that purple thing- you now see that it's a plushie Kougra. She smiles shyly.
She batts her eyelashes. Need some help? she asks. The Kougra has a soft voice- a sweet, gentle one. She was small, like you noticed before. You were right about those heart patches. They look pretty cool.
Yes, please," you reply. The Kougra shoves your back up, and rests your ankle on some seaweed she had found. She takes some rope out from behind her back, and a splint. You wonder where she got that from!
Then, as if she read your mind, she answers, I brought this from the house- that's why I ran from you the second time, to go get the rope and splint, she says. She blushed. The first time I was just scared.
You look down as the Kougra works her magic. Your ankle is beginning to feel much better, and she looks up at you and announces, Done!
Thanks," you say. "Where did you learn to do that?"
It's a long story..., sighs the Kougra. If you want to stick around, you could probably see, she says. Oh, and I'm Sokkeia. SO-KEY-AH, she says, saying the pronunciation slowly.
But you can call me Keia, if you wish. Sokkeia sits down on the sand. You see that she also has a thick book.
What's that?
Oh, it's a book- a book a girl named Renegade made as an application for me. I ran into her on the way here. She was going to give it to my owner, but she gave it to me so I could give it to her, she says. You know how I said 'stick around and you can find out?' Well, this is how you can, Keia says, lifting up the book and gently handing it to you. I already read it, it;s pretty good, she says, smirking. If you haven't noticed, I'm up for adoption.
The book is a large, leather-bound purple book, the same color as Sokkeia's fur. It says,

Hey there!

Hi! I'm renegade95cheerer, and this is my application for Sokkeia. I have just fallen in love with her! Sokkeia is my dream pet ever sonce I started Neopets. She is my only dream pet infact, as I have been saving for a plushie paint brush for some time. You see, I have taken many breaks from Neopets, so I only have about one million towards the fund- but I am here to stay now! That's why I strill have the basic pet, and a Christmas pet- I've been saving. (and by the way, I bought that christmas oaint brush before it was given out by the Advent Calendar. ^^)
If I got Sokkeia, it would mean the world to me. I think that the only cute plushie pets are really the unconverted ones! I know that you worked hard to get Sokkeia, and she deserves a good owner. I could be just that. I have spent hours upon hours improving this app- I hope it shows the work I put into things. So please, take a look and consider me for Keia's new owner!

If I was lucky enough to be the new owner of Keia, I have many plans for her! I already have a story, personality, and everything ready to go ^^

Personality

Sokkeia is a fun loving pet. She is very shy, but when she gets to know you her outgoing side comes out and shines. Keia is very small. She has been made fun of for her small size, but she tries to ignore them. She cannot tell a lie-it is very difficult for her. She tries to stay away from drama, as she causes it most of the time.... And she is not the biggest fan of school!
Being a plushie Kougra, she is very popular and is envied by other students. She loves her life! But she also likes relaxing, just sitting watching the beauty of Neopia surround her. That's her happy place-outdoors in the fresh air. She loves to go outside with her sister, WildBerry, and explore around the island. But sometimes Wild takes her wn too long of a journey, and she just wants to sit and bask in nature's beauty.
Sokkeia also developed an odd obsession for hot chocolate....
