1 Million Neopoints Midnight to the second. which means - 12.00am no seconds. Neopets time (confirmed by neopets) Please do not neomail me about this. Its hard to do.

Winter Random Events:
To win a Christmas Paint Brush:

Be sure not to have anything of value in your inventory, so you dont lose it...and also, dont have more then 1000 nps on hand... the bug brothers or some other SHH could steal from you.

Have 2 windows open, one at Cliffhanger, the other window to Advent Calendar.

Start a game at Cliffhanger (you dont have to play it) just keep refreshing until you get a Winter Random Event (will be at the top) Then go to Advent Calendar and refresh there until you get another Winter Random Event.

Now you can only do this once a day& it is not garanteed to get a paint brush every time... it is random, so keep trying ;)
