To get a faerie quest you have to receive one as a random event. Then you have to find the item they are requesting for and you will be rewarded for completing the quest.

Also, while on a faerie quest you do not have access to use your Shop Wizard. There is a Quest chat board with people willing to help you find it. Just post what item you need (make sure you have the correct spelling of the item or they will have trouble finding it for you) and kindly ask for someone to search for you. Someone will post a list of shops so just enter the name of the username they list and visit that person's shop to buy the item.

Click here to see if you are currently on a quest, to complete one or to refuse a quest. Here are a few things to keep in mind if you do decide to refuse a faerie quest. You have to wait 600 seconds before the faeries will consider giving you another quest. You must visit the quest page in order to qualify for future quests after waiting the 600 seconds.

There are two ways to cure a sick neopet.
By buying your pet the proper cure for their disease or from a visit to the Healing Springs.

There are numerous way your neopet can get ill. You can get a nasty random event, feeding your pet Rotten or Poisonous Jelly, a bad spin from the Wheel of Excitement or from spinning the Wheel of Misfortune.

Visiting the healing springs is the cheapest way to cure a pet as it's completely free. It is located in Faerieland and is run by the Water Faerie. You can visit the springs every 30 minutes. It may take a few tries to get your pet completely healed but you may get some health potions or some snowballs in the process. Also, put your sick pet as your active pet as she has a better chance to cure your active pet. As soon as she says your neopets are completely healed all your pets should all be healthy again!

The other way is by buying the cure from the Pharmacy or from another user via the Shop Wizard. The Neopian Hospital has a list of cures which I have also listed below.
