(this very nice man named jacko the phantom painter gives them away, so yeah, keep that in mind) but if you want a certain paint brush, (and don't mind paying an excruciatingly large amount of neopoints) you can go to the trading post or hidden tower, where they are sold/traded. how can i increase my odds of getting a free paint brush? i know two ways that might increase your odds.i know how to increase the odds of winning at the wheel of excitement.
