The PPL reward Neopets for owning their Petpet for a long amount of time (and never stopping playing with them!)
If your petpet has been attached long enough to make it when the PPL do their weekly rewarding.
*Note all petpets zapped with the petpet lab ray are not able to get an award.
If they deem you worthy you get some np and maybe a trophy.

You may notice that the Blibble is on this list twice. It's not by my error but just a mistake by TNT. There was an editorial about it in the NT #150.
Why have Blibbles been PPL winners twice (weeks 22 AND 48)? Shouldn't other petpets have a chance? - Swiftbreeze We switched who was running PPL and I guess Blibbles sneaked by unnoticed the first time. I will make sure no more Petpets are repeateded as it is not fair to all the other owners who are patiently waiting for their chance to win.
