What is an app?
An app is an application, used to show that you do have an interest in joining, as well to demonstrate why you're a good pick. It's not intended to exclude people- including a required app actually keeps out people who are joining solely for zapper perks. Please, put a little effort into your app- it's worth it. I love our agency and our guild, and I know you will too.What are the requirements to be a zapper?
Please, before you apply, make sure that: you have at least one lab ray, you speak English (although it doesn't have to be your first language), can join a guild on one of your accounts, can post around once a week at minimum, and have a genuine interest in becoming an active member of the agency. Also, please read over our FAQ before applying- it prevents me from having to answer the same questions over and over.What should I put in my application?
I know it can be a little confusing to try and figure out what to put in an application, so I've compiled a short list of questions you should answer in your app. Please do not copy and paste the questions and answers- these are just a guideline. Also, please enable guild invites on the account you'd like to join on BEFORE submitting your application. When it's ready, send your app to tinselteeth_kinda. That's me! I run the agency, and I handle all of the applications from zappers.
How many rays do you have?
Any experience with this sort of thing? (other agencies, etc.)

This, of course, is my application to become a member of your Dream Pet Zapping Agency.
To start with, let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Ti and even though this account is pretty young, I've been playing neopets for more than two years. I've been looking for an excellent agency or guild to settle down into for quite a while now, and your Dream Pet organization seems perfect.
There are a few reasons why I would be a great addition to the agency. I have access to the Lab Ray and simply have no worthwhile use for it right now. Your agency would let me put this expensive purchase to use, as well as allow me to help out other people with their dreams. Also, I am a /very/ active guild member. I would definitely post at least once every day, probably more. xD
I would love to become a part of this agency because I could directly assist people in achieving their goals, instead of simply having to point them towards an NP-making guide. I know how difficult it is for many people to acquire the pet they've always longed for, and this agency is an excellent way to allow for any pet to become a possibility for anyone!

My name is Teresa. I have been on Neopets for over 8 years and have never found a guild I wanted to join until now! I actually made a request through one of your boards and checked out all the information on your agency but didn't have a lab ray at the time. I recently purchased one lab ray, and while I save up to buy paint brushes for my dream pets (since the lab ray is no guarantee) I would be happy to zap pets to make someone's dream come true. I always enjoy helping people, hence why I am a volunteer firefighter on my spare time in real life, and joining your guild would allow me to help those in Neopia. I am also skilled at nabbing WN pets from the pound, as I have a few myself (Xailiin was a Christmas Lupe I got in the pound and zapped Maraquan!).
I am on Neopets every day, unless I am out of town or on vacation. If I see your boards posted on the HC, I always check them out to see if there is anything new happening with the agency. I don't have any experience with these kind of agencies, but I catch on quickly and I think I could easily integrate myself with the group and become a permanent member. I don't really have any special skills, except for a good sense of humor, and if you would like to accept me into your guild on this account, I would be very happy to join.

Yes, I actually got one of these sorts of apps once. I was sort of nice and told them they didn't seem right for the agency. They then spammed up my inbox threatening to report me for "being a big meanie." I wish I was kidding. XD
