Where does your inspiration for pixels come from?
As you may have noticed, most of my pixels are Neopets items! TNT has a very broad imagination. I am also inspired by images I find on my computer - default icons, themes, and even clip-art.

Welcome to Sugarette! This section contains pixels that have been made by both myself, and my twin sister site owner, Sophia. We wanted to really unite our two sites by making pixels using both of our skills - one of us makes an outline, and the other does the coloring. The result? A beautiful and unique pixel!

Twin Sister Site
Sugarrush is a beautiful pixel and graphics site by my best friend, Sophia. She's very talented and makes gorgeous pixels, scribbles, icons, and vectors that will surely leave you in awe. Sophia and I planned to open our sites on January 1st, 2011, so we're twin sites!

Past Layouts
The Story
In mid-2010, I began making pixels. I enjoyed it, so I opened my first pixel site Sweetness on July 12, 2010.
Sweetness was a small resource site at first. The graphics were horrible, and I was using a premade that looked messy in popular browsers. My link-backs, made by me, were hideous.
I soon grew tired of it and gave up. I started browsing the sites listed at Soroptimist Directory and came across Kawaii Fridge (now closed), which inspired me to re-open Sweetness as a pixel site. Slowly, my skills improved and Sweetness became rather popular, ranked among the top three in most rankings. However, after a few months, I noticed CSS-thieves, people who didn't read the FAQ or rules, and I was getting busy off-neo. So, on October 27th 2010, Sweetness was closed.
I started to miss making pixels terribly. So, on Christmas day of the same year, me and my best NeoFriend Sophia made plans to open two pixel sites on the same day (January 1st, 2011) and emerge as twin sister sites! Pirouette and Sugarrush have been here ever since.
About the Owner
Although I don't normally make "about me's" anymore, I thought it would be fun to "personalize" Pirouette by adding one. :)Facts About Me!
- Lola is not my real name, but it's close. People called me "Lola" because of my username, and I liked it, so it stuck.
- I love wearing ties.
- My sense of humour is very dry and sarcastic.
- I have a pretty bad temper and get frustrated very easily.
- My biggest dream is to enroll in the military and become an infantry or artillery officer.
- I am an American/Canadian Frenchie and proud of it!
- I'm impulsive and stubborn.
- I haven't an inch of modesty in me.
- I like to think I'm smarter than I actually am.
- The tiniest things bug me to an extreme level, and I need every single thing to be balanced.
- Space science, history, and art are my passions.
Music and Me
Like most people, I love listening to music. I dislike artists like Nicki Minaj (I absolutely despise her). I love David Bowie, Florence and the Machine, Evanescence, and Nirvana.Currently, my favourite songs include Hello by Evanescence, No Light No Light by Florence and the Machine, and Pennyroyal Tea by Nirvana.
