Organization(11/15) your link back buttons are pretty neat but try some animation, they are more motivating! Also, is your site a directory or spotlight, i got really confused? At the bottom it says you cant request to be here so if its not a directory to request, then you should change the name. To neomail you, you should put your name already in the neomail form. How to do: go to your userlookup and click your neomail button and then copy the url and change it. It will help the neomailers.

Layout(11/15) really, the colors don't go that well together because its just gray. you should try a more colorful combination like blue and yellow, purple and brown or such. (this is just a recommendation)
Organization(10/15) Everything is easy to find beacause it's right down the middle and the navigation!, But i recommend some 'back to top' links because it's such a long way down. Also, the name wasn't very catchy, instead of D & B you should put the real names or something different that is more attractive.
Layout(15/15) I like the colorful colors that contrast with the white and pink, i think thats a nice detail added to the layout.

Layout(13/15) As i said in the first impression, The layout doesn't really match the banner but the idea of the name and the pink panther is what counts. I really don't like that the layout just goes down. I would prefer a one-column or two-column layout.
Organization(11/15) I think you should put your "awards" and "reviewed by" not at the top but before the links to the petpages or userlookups. This will make it easier for you so you have the links all the way down and everything else at the top where people can see. You could also get anchor tags wich will take you to your link back, affies, and such.

Also, i didn't really like the meepit banner because i think it has nothing to do with the fonts but since you have a button with a meepit then its ok. im sure you can get one that has adens fonts written all over it and that would be nicer.
Layout(14/15) like i said the background color is nice and it matches the banner!I also like the orange outline in the layout because those two colors go great together.
