a perfect day is a good day

I have just had the best day today! I woke up and my favorite movie was on television so I watched it. Then I went into the kitchen and there were frosted flakes on the counter which is one of my favorite cereals. Next I bathed Pickles and he behaved and I just reviewed No Tomorrow and they got a perfect score *party time* I also reviewed Neo Nice and they have amazing pixels so you should really go and visit that site. My guide, The Galactic Files, is an elegant dancer so I am super stoked about that too. Thank god for good days, XO Kitty Kat

First Impression: These mean everything for a sites fame and popularity. If the first impression is bad, chances are that the site is bad quality and you will not have returning visitors.
Organization: If a site is not organized, people will not be able to find their way around and they will not know which way is up. Without this, your site could be doomed to failure.
Colors: Without a good color pallete, a site can fall fast. As you can see, our site has soft touches of yellow and pink. We do not want to see grey and white people!
Content: Every site has content of some kind and that content should be in tip-top shape at all times. When a site has good content, they will have returning customers and good reviews. When the content is below average, you can kiss a perfect score goodbye.
Overall Apearance: Here I will just summarize what I see and have seen and I will tell you extra stuff that I think you should fix or keep on your site.

I love the layout itself but I think that you should have a smaller body text. Instead of an 8 you could do a 6.5 on the body text like mine. I also think that a simple colored scrollbar would be decent for this layout. Something in a dimgray would be nice!

Your buttons are amazing in every sense of the word. My button came from your site and I love it to death. I even gave you an extra point because I love your buttons so much. Your resources are amazing and I love the soft banners. I think though that you should sharpen up the button bases with borders. They look a bit messy and they are nothing special to me.

I think the layout is adorable but the css is like I said, crooked and out of place. You definetly need to fix the huge text in your main coloumn as soon as possible. In your welcome message, the image that you are using is really big so you need to fill in enough text so that her feet aren't hanging into the next section.

Your pixels are amazing. You are really a very talented pixel designer. I would use your pixels for anything and quite possibly everything. Your candycorns are a little to cone headed so I suggest rounding the tops off a bit but other than that I think everything is amazing and cutie patootie!

From the header that says Ahoy There to Navigate The High Seas, there is alot of information bundled into one small area so I think spacing some of that out would be a good idea. Everything else is very organized and it all looks fantastic.

Let me start by saying how much I love the background on the scroll boxes. That is a genious idea. The buttons that say neomail me to get listed and comment are very boxey and they don't look good at all. I highly reccomend getting rid of them. You also need to add a colored scroll bar. Something simple like mine will take most of that clutter away.

Everything is super organized. I love your navigation with the roll-over that is rainbow, good idea. Every single page looks very organized and neat! On your sitely page, some of your buttons have borders on them so make sure to use the code to get rid of those.

The directory section is the most organized that I have seen in awhile so good job on that. Do you see how your buttons and text in the scroll boxes stick to the top of the box? Make sure to fix that so that they don't.

The color palette should be a bit brighter but nothing like a flashing background and neon colors. I think that a different background and an edited banner would brighten things up. I reccomend getting a colored scroll bar and changing the text in your textareas.

Everything is well organized and I love the navigation area, genious! The color of the text links is nice and I like the font that you are using. If you felt like changing it I would reccomend going with a century gothic.

I think that as far as organization goes, you should have a two coloumn layout. You do have navigation on this one though so I guess it is alright but personally I think two coloumns would make it look alot more organized. I reccomend making scroll boxes for your affiliates.

The css looks great and it matches that amazing banner. You really transformed that premade css. I would have never guessed that it came from KTL so bravo. I think some colored scroll bars with that pale grey and an orange arrow should be added.

This is a fairly new genre of site here on Neopets and you have showcased it really well. It gives site owners a great way to advertise their sites and I think it was a marvelous idea. Under the noticeboard on the header that says ask, undreneath that, the scrollbox is to small for that area and it is in a funny position so make sure to fix that.

Your screenies are fuzzy so make sure to sharpen the pixels on those a smidge. I love the petpages, petlookups and shop layouts but I am nto crazy about the userlookups, the first two particularly. They look messy and unorganized so I would reccomend doing something else with them. The other lookups I actually think are quite cute!

I definetely think that there are a few things that you should tighten up and fix but overall I really enjoyed my visit to your site. It is amazingly cute and a good quality site.
