(Munch, munch) Oh, howdy, guest! You caught me eating breakfast. I always start my day off with a large helping of homemade Kau Waffles. Hmm... looks like it's time to wash down those waffles with a tall, full, glass of Kau Kau Farm Milk. (Gulp, gulp)
 
Ewww, that wasn't milk. Gross, it was half and half!! Kau Kau Farm really should consider putting that in a different package. It looks just like their milk cartons! Well, anyway, now that breakfast is out of the way and we're acquainted, I'll tell you a little more about myself.
My name is ShyCowPie. I am the best species of neopets ever: Kau!! Currently I am blue, but that is no reflection on my attitude or happiness. Nor does my name really do me justice; I am not shy at all and love being the center of attention. (MOOS loudly!!)
  
I have three goals:
(1) Someday win Site Spotlight. (COMPLETED!)
(2) Be painted Spotted. (COMPLETED!)
(3) Complete my Kau Gallery.

Most kaus are honest, but others use our cuteness to their advantage. One such kau is Kalora. She is the ultimate Cheater. The Neopedia has a interesting story about Kalora. Apparently she tried to steal Princess Fernypoo's tiara!

Kalora is well-known in Neopia. She is a Cheat! champion. Cheat! is a fun card game. If you'd like to try your luck at it, click the banner below.
Playing Cheat! can earn you lots of neopoints. You can also easily win trophies! Just by beating all the opponents, including Kalora, you can get a GOLD trophy for your userlookup. Isn't that exciting?
  
But you know what's also cool about Cheat!? You can win items! Yeah, that's right, items! Sometimes while playing Cheat! you will be awarded battlecards. The coolest battlecards are Kalora Battlecards. Battlecards come in three colors: red, sliver, and gold. Try winning them all!

Leera Heggle, the hunk, was the Goalkeeper for the Lost Desert's Altador Cup Team. The Lost Desert Team may not have won, but they tried their hardest, and that's all that matters. Plus, they were the ONLY team with a kau, so obviously they were my favorite.
The games are over, but you can still show your support for the Lost Desert Team and the best Kau Goalkeeper ever! There are several items you may want to consider picking up, if you want people know you're a TRUE fan.

We've got a Spotted Kau Sandwhich, a Spicy Kau Burger, and two cartons of milk. You can have the Spicy Kau Burger. They're very expensive... and I don't want to know where those horns came from!!!

There are too many choices to eat in one sitting! I think I'll indulge myself with a slice of Spotted Kau Cake and a Kau Cookie. Oh, and to top it all off, a Kau Sundae with a cherry on top. I love dessert!

Magical Kauvara: To get this enchanted avatar, simply use a Morphing Potion on one of your neopets. I would highly recommend using a Kau Morphing Potion, but if you're low on neopoints, try a Green Uni Morphing Potion. It's one of the cheapest.

Someday, I'm going to read all of them! Then maybe I'll know as much as Kauvara or Kalora. But, you know what is more fun than reading... and requires less intelligence? Playing with...
Reading is good for your brain and all, but a kau's gotta play too! Kau toys are expensive, but they are sure worth the NPs. These are the toys that every kau, including myself, dreams about playing with!
    
You can never own enough toys, especially when they're kaus! Check out all these wonderful plushies!! I wish I owned them all. I bet your kau does too.
    
     
You can make your neohome nice and cozy with these kau-themed items! It's possible to redo a whole room (or two or four... or more) in Kau Print. Kau Print will never go out of style, and the set includes all the essential pieces! If your walls are looking a little empty, just add a Maraquan Kau Painting or two. Still not satisfied? Invest in a Robo Kau and Kau Toast Sculpture. Your place will be looking spiff in no time.
   
     
  
Once you've got your rooms kau-afied, you should consider redoing your gardens too. One patch of Kau Slips will add a touch of color that will make a huge difference in your yard. If you like gnomes, pick up a couple Green Kau Gnomes too. (They are super cute and silly.) Oh, and don't forget to plant some Kau Tree Sculptures. They are the finest topiaries in Neopia.
  
Once upon a time there was a flash game featuring almost only kaus! It was called Kau Korral. Sadly, you can no longer earn NPs from Kau Korral. However, you can still play it!! Visit the Game Graveyard or click below on the gravestone, to herd some lovely mooing neopets.

Unlike Kauvara, I'm a pacifist. However, if I were into fighting, I'd be equipped with the best kau armor and weapons around. These items were specifically made for kaus, so you know they fit all kaus perfectly!

One way to change the color of your kau is by painting it. Paint brushes are expensive, but they can make your neopets groovy, spooky, pretty, or whatever you want them to be, just with a simple wipe of paint. Below are all the paint brushes you can currently use on kaus! (Pssst... Don't be fooled! Any item that ends in "Paint Brush Plushie" will NOT paint your pet. Avoid scams and you'll be a happy camper.)
   
                           
There are three colors that kaus can be, but CANNOT be painted! These fantastic colors are custard, jelly, and robot. If your kau wishes to be edible or robotic, you must have access to the Secret Laboratory Ray. BUT BEWARE! The lab ray can do anything to your pet! It could even make it... a species... OTHER THAN KAU!! Zapping your pet can be good or bad, depending on the effects. Sometimes the ray will increase stats, but it can also do terrible things, like change your pet's gender. Don't say I didn't warn you!
  
Morphing Potions not only change a pet's color, but also it's species! If you have a pet who wants to be a kau, just give them a Morphing Potion and BOOM! Instant Kau! Currently, Kau Morphing Potions are available in 12 different colors.
           
Kaus can't be painted every color. The colors they CAN'T be painted are: Silver, Glowing, Split, Invisible, Speckled, Skunk, Strawberry, Golden, Pirate, Mystery Island, Snow, and Biscuit. Hopefully more colors will come available next Kau Day!
   
  
There are only four kau trading cards: Kau, Kalora the Kau, Kau Seer, and Kauvara. We already know all about Kalora and Kauvara, but who are "Kau" and the "Kau Seer?" Good question. I wish I knew but both cards are "Currently under construction." *sigh* It's a Neopian mystery.
