To complete the puzzle, there are three symbols, and three colours. We can use each symbol three times, and each colour three times, but we cannot use two of one symbol & colour combination.
Confused? Lets call those symbols a square, a mountain, and a flower. So we can use one of each of these:
Red Square
Blue Square
Yellow Square
Red Mountain
Blue Mountain
Yellow Mountain
Red Flower
Blue Flower
Yellow Flower
