Billie

FULL NAME : Billie Joe Armstrong
AGE/BIRTH DATE : 32; born February 17, 1972
HOMETOWN : Rodeo, California, USA
MARTIAL STATUS : Married Adrienne Nesser (July 2, 1994)
CHILDREN : Joseph Marciano; born in March of 1995, and Jakob Danger; born September of 1998.
FAMILY : Billie's father died of cancer when he was 10 years old (September 1982). His mum raised him from then on. He has 5 older siblings. He married his longtime girlfriend Adrienne (Nesser) on July 2, 1994, and now has 2 sons.
WHEELS : A Ford Fairlane, a black BMW convertible.
INSTRUMENTS : Guitar, harmonica, mandolin, drums, piano.
RECORD COMPANY : Billie has co-ownership of Adeline Records.
OTHER BANDS : Billie still plays with Pinhead Gunpowder. He has also played with The Influents, Corrupted Morals, Rancid, the Lookouts, Goodbye Harry, and Blatz.

Mike

FULL NAME : Michael Ryan Pritchard
AGE/BIRTH DATE : 32; born May 4, 1972
HOMETOWN : Berkeley, California, USA
MARTIAL STATUS : Married Anastasia in 1996, but they have been divorced for several years now. Mike recently got remarried in 2004, but is now divorced again after his wife left him because "he was spending too much time in the studio." I have heard that Mike has a new girlfriend.
CHILDREN : Estelle Desiree; born April 1997, to ex-wife, Anastasia
FAMILY : Mike was adopted because his mum didn't feel she could take care of him. His adoptive parents divorced when he was 6, and both are now remarried. I know Mike has at least one step sister, named Myla, but I don't know of anymore.
WHEELS : A BMW.
INSTRUMENTS : Bass, farfisa, guitar, drums, and a baseball bat.
OTHER BANDS : Mike still plays with The Frustrators. He has also played with the Screeching Weasel, Crummy Musicians, and Squirtgun.

Tre

FULL NAME : Frank Edwin Wright III
AGE/BIRTH DATE : 31; born December 9, 1972
HOMETOWN : Willits, California, USA
MARTIAL STATUS : Married his long time girlfriend Lisea Lyons in March of 1995. They divorced sometime after. In May 2000, he married Claudia. In 2003, he and Claudia broke up. Tre is dating Donna C, drummer of The Donnas.
CHILDREN : Ramona, born 1995 to ex-wife, Lisea ; Frankito, born 2001 to Claudia.
FAMILY : Tre grew up with his father and 2 siblings.
WHEELS : A SUV.
INSTRUMENTS : Drums, the accordion, and the guitar.
OTHER BANDS : Tre has also played with The Lookouts, Sreeching Weasels, and Samiam.

stories/rumours

It's rumored that Billie Joe's mum mispelled his name on his birth certificate because she was sleepy (from the painkillers given to her during childbirth).

If Billie Joe and Mike could play any movie role in history, they would both choose Austin Powers. Tre would prefer to be Cat Woman.

Billie had to be forced to doing the 'walking across the road almost getting hit by cars' stunt on the Walking Contradiction video by Tré. Billie said "Tré scared me into it. I was so scared..I thought I was gonna die right there with all the cameras on me.Well I can think of worse ways to die".

The video for Basketcase was filmed in black and white, they added color afterwards. (that must be why the colour is all really bright)

In Going To Pasalacqua at the very beginning right before you hear Billie sing "Here we go again" you can hear someone cough. Also, in Prosthetic Head after the bridge and when it's just a soft guitar then Billie Joe starts singing right before he does you can also hear someone cough then too.

Green Day had more drummers than just Tre and Al Sobrante. They actually had quite a few! It's just that the only recorded drummers are those two.

At the end of the song Walking Alone on Nimrod you can hear a glass break and someone says something like "its not like one thing......".

On the front cover of Insomniac, in the flames, there are hidden pictures. you can find a woman, 3 fairies, a skull, and several other ghosly faces.

In Kerplunk! it says 'In Memory of Gravy...' Gravy was actually Mike's pet cat who died.

At the end of Burnout, you can hear someone laughing.

At the very begining of "Going to Pasalacqua", Before "Here we go again...." if you turn it up and listen closely in the silence he says "Here we go again" before he actually says it.

The band "All American Rejects" might have gotten there name from one of Green Days songs (probably Reject).

On Brain Stew, right after the verse when the drums come in, if you listen closely, you can hear Billie Joe say "oh" then "yeah" under his breath.

When Green Day recorded "Dry Ice", they kept messing up and ended up doing about 18 takes on the song until they finally got it down. So at the end of the song you can hear them all shouting "YES! YES! YES!", becasue they were so happy they got it done.

In Longview, after they say "Call me pathetic, call me what you will", you can hear something in the background that sounds like a kid crying or a dog dying or something.

If you listen very closely to My generation on Kerplunk! in the very beginning, before any music is played you hear someone say " I hope I can do this" and they make some kind of noise.
